The Affirmation of Joy & Happiness

Again...it's been some time Belovedz...BUT NOW!...

I've embarked on this journey in the midst of my own Lyphe progressions...there are times when my Universal Power Force Source requires my undivided attention...and I must obey...so I thank you for your patience with me as I am stretched into becoming my BEST SELF...to in turn give you my BEST SELF...you deserve it.






Today I  greet you with such Honor and Adoration.


Happy is defined by Merriam-Webster as: feeling pleasure and enjoyment because of your life, situation, etc.; showing or causing feelings of pleasure and enjoyment; pleased or glad about a particular situation, event, etc.


Joy is defined by Merriam-Webster as: a feeling of great happiness; a source or cause of great happiness; success in doing, finding, or getting something.




Let's Work...


Have you been taught Happiness and that it's real? That Joy can be applied and effective within your life?


Have you been taught that your are deserving of Joy and Happiness?


I've noticed...through my own Lyphe experiences, that I was not ever clear as to what Happiness and Joy were really all about....
I felt like my ability to smile (while full of internal pain) was good enough.
I thought that as long as I had something to be thankful for...I had joy.
The day my seeds were ushered into this atmosphere I was...happy...joyful...relieved...


But you know what...I was not utilizing the true intention of Happiness or Joy...


I'd been in so many dark places for such extended periods of time...when it was time to put on the "happy face"...I did...but was unrecognizable to myself.


I was "content"... I was not exercising Joy and Happiness...


I wrote a book and was content
I had built a life for myself and was content
I brought beautiful beings into this world and was content
I had a love village to support and rear me in wisdom and was content
I had spiritual ties and was content


Yet on most nights...I cried...
Silent, exhausting, painful, blinding, deafening, stifling, paralyzing tears..
Often...
And I kept asking myself "What is wrong with me?"...


Then so much later than I would have expected...while I was sitting alone...I realized and accepted that I had not ever exercised the Joy & Happiness Muscular System!!


My Joy was weakened by my wallowing in necessary yet irregular emotions
My Joy was shriveled up waiting on me to either live or die ("choose one fast"...it felt like Joy was screaming)
My Joy was placed on a long pause...to entertain all of the excuses as to why my Joy wasn't and shouldn't be a priority.
My Joy had been omitted...left out...unattended...


In this state of alone...I was able to Atone...or as I like to call it...be within AtOneMent with The Universal Energy Source...


In this space...I was reintroduced to my SELF...
My Talents
My Beautiful Flaws
My BadAssNess
My Glories
My Shortcomings 
My Progressions
My ISness
My AUGHTness
My WHATness


And for the first time that I could recollect...I cried tears of JOY & HAPPINESS...OMG Guys...they were the most exhausting and fulfilling tears I'd EVER shed...


The cleansing tears of the entirety of my SELF...
How wonderful my Lyphe had been all this time...how Splendid my existence was to the Universe...I had arrived at My Joy Season...and it IS a heaven on earth...


To be able to hug and kiss your SELF as you watch the inclusion of JOY bring everything into a perspective of Happiness...


As a pessimist...I dreaded the "lie" of happiness...of joy...
When in fact  I was merely attempting to out run the Artistry of Joy & Happiness...
Joy is a work...
Happiness is a challenge of determination...
No matter how difficult my Lyphe had been or become...it was harder because I wasn't celebrating the true JOY that was in existence all along...the HAPPINESS that had encamped about me within and throughout my LypheTime...


Look all around you Belovedz...


What you find Gratitude in...is to HAVE Joy and Happiness...and have it more abundantly.

Flooding my Eternal internally...
the Essence of wisdoms to form...
Lofty adherence to The Greater than I...speedily changing the seasons...
Reoccuring submissions to the equilibrium lessons...dancing with the tutelage of carnality
Changing partners with each course...the Samba of sorrow...the Swing of joy...the Waltz of acceptance...the Ballet of spirituality
Third Eye bathed into blinding SHINE
Worthy are my stilettos...
Inside Beauties are my glowing hue...
Moral Excellence is my gown of glittering Glory
Power is my Plus 1...
Humility my clutch...
LOVE...the red carpet under foot...
I've arrived at the threshold of Destiny...the only flashing LIGHTs are in my eager eyes...
Purpose announces my Presence...
While horns blow my Lyphe song....
As I enter...MyReasonSeason
Strutting to the Muses of Truth
Entangled in private conversations with The Deep

Universal Power Source...


I am grateful for the fruits of The Present
I am grateful for the growth processes of yesterday.
I am grateful for the LOVE & Light Energy you shower me with.
I am grateful for the never ending Source in abundance
I am grateful for the smallest things that become the largest things.
I am grateful for the ability give LOVE to my neighbor.
I am grateful for the LOVE I give my SELF.
I am grateful for the opportunity to receive another chance.


I reside in a realm of gratitude for all provision..

Within my inner SELF...
I dedicate ALL that I am...WILL BEcome...to The Universal Power Force.


I give all of my SELF to the atmosphere for charge and change.


Throughout my wisdom journey...
I've learned that everything I thought...justified...became satisfied with...


Was NOT the reflection of SELF that I needed to fulfill my LOVE & Light Purpose.


I have been misguided
I have been misinformed
I have been mislead
I have been deceived
I have been lead down incorrect paths...because my teachers were broken...misguided...wounded...unaware...unrecognizable to themselves.


Therefore...I give my SELF today as a sacrifice for my SELF and my teachers.


FORGIVE US Universal Power Force...for we knew NOT what we'd done.


Within the wisdom of my today...


I will reach into life with LOVE and Acceptance
I will remove my blinders of ignorance and SEEK the LOVE place in my neighbor's existence
I will heal with LOVE where man and womankind feel most detached from itself
I will give unconditionally of my SELF LOVE LIGHT to touch another's inner SELF
I will disregard opinions and walk in the reality of each human being is WORTHY.


LOVE resides in each of us...where it's most difficult to see...it's still there.

Reject being judgmental and opinionated...

Thank you Universal Energy for rearing me into the wisdom of my undoness.

The Art of Engagement

*Honest Zone*...this title has been holding it's ground in "Draft" mode for almost 2 months...


But NOW...


Grace & Mercy Belovedz,


Engagement is defined by Merriam-Webster as: a promise to meet or be present at a particular place and time.


The PROMISE to meet...
The PROMISE to be present...
at or IN a particular place and time of our lives.


Dear Ones,
We must arrive to our own growth progression occasions...we must PROMISE to be present at the school of our wisdoms...I used it plural because not every wisdom is like another...we are wise from a total place...yet from very individual places...our growth happens in many different ways and for many different reasons...


Once we have engaged with our lessons...exercised them...processed the reality of the lessons...we gain a wisdom...in levels like attending school...
Our learning on the kindergarten level is not the same as graduate level learning.


Throughout our Lyphe courses...we must be aware of our progressions and RISE to our occasions of engagement...PROMISE to be THERE...wherever THERE is at that time...


When I look back over the learning corridors of my personal Lyphe journey...how I thought even YESTERDAY in some arenas is different TODAY...


The beauty and necessity of The Epiphany is majestic...


Realizations are the doors...eye openers...to our individual wisdoms...


How I saw a person before...from judgement...from strife...from my own pain...from misinformation...isn't how I look at my neighbor today.
The speech that usually was intended to tear my neighbor down...I don't use anymore...or not for the sake of tearing another human being down...sometimes truth is just truth and it can hurt...but that sting isn't for destruction...it's for RECONSTRUCTION...there IS a difference.


How I allow my environment to penetrate my hard working PEACE...or to grow into such PEACE that it is impenetrable...


All of the PROMISES of engagement are for us to ARRIVE within the LOVE & Light of The Universal Energy Force.


We must PROMISE ourselves to become and remain and retain our Best SELF to enforce our actual existence within this LIFEMOSPHERE!!!


We set the tone of PROMISE
We raise the active consciousness of PROMISE
We are Aires of PROMISE


So...let's meet our SELF and our neighbor where they...we are.
Let's take off the shackles of mental blinders and misguidance and misinformation and misalignment...so that when we ENGAGE...when we PROMISE to Arrive at the table of Wisdoms...we are present and accounted for.


Nothing we exercise comes over night.
Nothing we expect to actualize happens in a day.


But our Arrival...can happen in the twinkling of an eye...
Once our eyes are open...there IS no turning back...




We've got the work of Engagement to do...

Today within the center of my silence and pure gratitude...
I liken myself to that of a tree...




I am as a tree
I began as a seed


I opened the layers of my shell in response to the nutrient in the soil
I drank the water that seeped deep into me


I inhaled the truth of my existence in the dark and the deep
I began to reach and stretch toward the warmth of the sun


I gained the strength to drive my own roots even deeper into the soil than I was
And at a steady pace...pushed myself toward the top


Pouring out from every part of myself
A branch...a leaf...a flower...a fruit...a nectar


In the atmosphere of The Universal Energy...
I reach for heaven... 
I dance in the winds...
I wade in the waters...
I give life back to the life force giver...
I retreat upon command...
Then strain to become again...in my season


As I entangle myself inside myself beneath the soil...
I grew an impenetrable trunk...So phenomenal...my roots too had to expose themselves
So wide and thick that I cannot be cut...or moved...lest it be the will of creation

I am a nest of LOVE
I am a sap of HEALING
I am the stretch forth of LIFE
I am the brilliance of the LIGHT
I am a reflection of GLORY
I am a container of DIVINITY
I am the silent power of The Universe


I am as a tree...

The Dialogue FOR Doubt

Grace & Mercy Loved Ones,

Doubt is defined by Merriam-Webster as: to be uncertain about (something): to believe that (something) may not be true or is unlikely: to have no confidence in (someone or something).

I've been taught...that if we do not doubt...we can lose a connectivity access point to The Universal Power Source...

As humans...we are formed and fashioned to ask WHY or doubt.

Why is my Lyphe upside down?

Why are my loved ones ripped and torn from the seams of our family tapestry?

Why are friends NOT friends?

Why are my struggles so unbearable?

Why can't I get this job that I seek?

Why can't I have the love I desire?

Why am I still stuck where I've been for far too long?

Why are the events of life so brutal?

Why...Why...Why...Why...Why...Why...Why...WHY...WHY...WHY...

It's okay. Doubt is another double edge sword course throughout our existence.

IF we believed we could already do everything

IF we'd never failed and felt the sting of disappointment

IF we always had what we've ever and always wanted readily at our fingertips

IF we possessed the power to never experience a sleepless night

IF we knew ALL we'd be already

IF we didn't face struggle and adversity

We'd never really TRULY know what we are made of

So...Beloveds...

There is a reason for the season of Doubt

There is a purpose filled answer once the Dialogue of Doubt begins

I stated "FOR Doubt" because we have to speak into...onto our SELF more than we realize...

Once we've asked WHY...due to our need to understand...the Doubt that we're currently exercising must then be dealt with rationally...unafraid...unapologetically...

My Lyphe may be upside down...but at some point...with my work...things will change...Dialogue FOR Doubt

My loved ones are at odds more than often...but we are a family unit that will always be there when we need each other...no matter the tide...Dialogue FOR Doubt

My friends are those who treat me with a certain love and kindness and truth...honor...respect...all others are merely temporary passers through...Dialogue FOR Doubt

My struggles are REAL...they wear me out...I'm tired...I'm over IT...but I can choose to utilize the tools of LOVE & LIGHT to comfort me through these trying times...BREATHE....BREATHE...Dialogue FOR Doubt

The never-ending whirlwinds of life make we want to end it all... but I have much more work to do for The Universal Energy Force...I am a fearfully made piece of the universe...this feeling will at some point pass...Dialogue for DOUBT

I am NOT stuck...I am where I am supposed to be...and I will remain here until change comes and shifts my journey onto another path...I have a work to do right where I am...perhaps I'm still on the unknown assignment...Dialogue FOR Doubt

LOVE is everywhere...all around me...within and without...perhaps the "love" I'm seeking is not the LIGHT my LOVE Lyphe requires...but I am loved...no matter what anyone says or thinks...Dialogue FOR Doubt

Within each of us is a "Strain to Become"...a seedling within that during the right season will bloom and grow...then at the change of season...will die off and hibernate...then at the turn of another season...the leaves of our lives sprout new LOVE & Light energy to share with the world all over again...

We are a constant growth process...a source of creation on repeat from the inside out...with every change of season...there is a reason as to WHY within the situation...it's natural...it's normal...

Still there is the progression beyond the WHY into the Dialogue FOR Doubt with ones SELF...

We are the question...we are the answer...we are inexperienced...and we are wise. 

We are youthful...and we are ancient!!!

We are joy filled...then we experience severe pain

So to remain BALANCED...accepting of all of The Universal Energy within our SELF...after we notice a need for WHY and exercise it...it is then time to take up the Dialogue FOR Doubt and stretch forth...BECOME...

Within my growth progression...inside the realm of daily ATONEMENT....or "At One Ment" with The Universal Power Source...




I've come to learn...acknowledge...and accept...that I am only human.


I make mistakes
I have flaws
I have subscribed to both positivity and negativity
I have been hurt
I have hurt others
I have said and done things against the grain of my Higher SELF
I have been forced to engage with my own Karmatic Climaxes
I have been product of my own self doubts...pity parties...fears
I have been the unworthy judgement bar
I have been judged
I have received the brunt of another's undoness
I have subjected my neighbor to my undoness




But today Universal Parent...
I stand tall on your constant LOVE & Light
I have retained and flourished from my lessons
I have done my best to assist my neighbor along the way
I have learned forgiveness
I am the benefactor of peace
I am the heir to the LOVE abundance
I am ready to serve mankind...because I have The Universal Energy to guide me...to enhance me...make me better than I've ever been...




Continue to rear me in the way of RIGHT
Continue to navigate and order my steps in the way of LOVE and LIGHT
Continue to gift me with The Presence within my atmosphere
Continue to purge me as needed...and keep me from returning to any darkness
Continue to uphold me...fortifying my with strength...to walk according to my predetermined creation
Continue to share the fruits of spirituality so that I can ascend and descend from within the realms of my Higher SELF...flowing constant pure LOVE & Light energy from The Universal Power within back up into the atmosphere of everywhere without.
Continue to teach me...reach me...


That I may constantly evolve upward...and reflect the majesty...the sovereignty of The Universal Power Source...until my clay returns to the dust of it's origin...and I am begun once again.

The Harmony Hymn

Grace & Blessings Beloveds,

Merriam-Webster in one way defines Harmony as: An interweaving of different accounts into a single narrative.

Let's Walk...

Whether our lives are totally "together" (I have YET to experience this!!!) or totally "undone" (it's not as bad as it sounds)...whichever side is operative at this very moment...is for the sake of internal Harmony.

When we can look over the course of our today and see that there's still a reason for gratitude...a reason to sing...dance...give thanks...no matter the tide...we are in acceptance of the Harmony Hymn.

There is not nor has there ever been a human being in an existence without a peak AND valley position within their lives...

When we ask...Why Me?...it's okay

When we cry...No More!...it's okay

When we stand in...Greatness...it's okay

When that same...I Messed Up occurs...it's okay

When lost and cannot find our way...it's okay

When every attempt to succeed throws us back 70 feet...it's okay

When "loved ones" forsake us...it's okay

When all is a thankless pursuit...it's okay

When we are so successful we can hardly stand it...it's okay

When there's a drought within...it's okay

When there's no road map...turn signal...stop sign...yield...it's okay

When we have acquired ALL we've ever dreamed of...and that void is still present...it's okay

Some posts ago...we dialogued about the singularity of Joy & Pain

Well...the ACCEPTANCE of the "whatever my lot" experiences that will NEVER stop happening...IS our Harmony Hymn

Our Harmony Hymn is The Universal Power Source's gift to our spirit.

No matter where you live...where you come from...what continent you began on...what your language of origin is...what your religious practices are...what drives you...

The Universe gave us a Hymn to bind us all together...

Music is the universal language...the spirit and soul's healing reservoir...

When we hear music...we immediately allow it to take us away...

Our internal Harmony Hymn is the song of reassurance...acceptance...allowance...acknowledgement...healing...FORGIVENESS of SELF

Our Harmony Hymn is our "FIX IT" station...whenever we lose ourselves in the Hymn of our Harmony or acceptance...we can dance our lives straight into The Universal Gift BLISS...

Not the mundane or material type...but the "Upper Echelon" of our higher SELF consciousness...

YOU ARE CAPTIVATING

The LIGHT of "Da Block"

Belovedz...I've MISSED You...

"Da Block" (writer's block) is absolutely nothing to contend with!!!


Yet...we are here together again...wiser...stronger...driven wonders of The Universal Phenomena.


So today...because I've been on "Da Block"...I want to exercise the LIGHT that this writer's "darkness"  brings...


I'm so excited to be back in your midst...I could SHOUT...contained within this context...are my highest Positive LOVE & LIGHT frequencies...just for you!!!


When we are strategically and purposefully placed on "Da Block" of our lives...however it may manifest itself...we are there for a purpose of growth.


When I cannot write...I paint...I meditate deeper...I sleep more often...I access and spend extended periods of time with loved ones...I read...I exercise...I do hair...I prepare myself for going into radio...I watch nonsense television...I LAUGH...I cry...I often retreat from everything...


When I'm "Blocked"...I have an intense need to "FEEL" like I should be writing...but it's just a feeling.


But Dear Ones...if I kept my hands to the keyboard...or pen to journal...without ever receiving the GIFT of "Da Block"... the "REST Stop"... our discussions overall would be watered down...only half way there...


I must EXPERIENCE...WITNESS...ENGAGE...MINGLE...realistically LIVE  within my LYPHE...so that in time...we can move forward and grow together...


"Da Block"...is the reset button...that helps keep redundancy down
"Da Block"...is the unspoken internal expression of a need to shift
"Da Block"...is a representative of its own self...so that my creativity flourishes
"Da Block"...is not my enemy...no matter how frustrating it is
"Da Block"...is revealed through time as my spiritual, mental, emotional "security guard"
"Da Block"...ushers access into The Universal Wavelength when She speaks
"Da Block"...affords another opportunity to have the irreplaceable "MOMENTS" in Lyphe
"Da Block"...allows me to regain a Lyphe Consciousness...who Lyphe is at that very moment...get to know her...give gratitude and thanksgiving for all that Lyphe is and will BEcome
"Da Block"...is that darkened deep in which my Lyphe diamonds are   created into flawless stones of strength...beauty...LOVE & LIGHT
"Da Block"...is sometimes the health center...care cohort...rest restoration site




"Da Block"...IS my Universal Power cord...where I can reach deeper into myself...into my spiritual plateau...into my center soul...into my higher existence...


It's where I reach in...stretch out...shed...regenerate...exist on a naturally increased frequency...so that I can LIGHT up the lives of my neighbors...


We are here for a purpose higher than ourselves...
We are here as servants to The Universal Power Source...
We are here on "Da Block" so that no thing and no one...can block our GIFT or Purpose.
