There’s much about the process that can feel like a thorn in the side…

Kinda like aging!!!

New aches and challenges each day…but no matter the feeling 

we must continue the path.

Within these growing pains…we experience challenges that can present like 

500 pound weights in the center of our chests.

So it is with the growth of our SELF Spirit.

The SELF Spirit work is more than we even think we bargained for!!!

While taking on the weight challenges…we can experience heavy doses of doubt and worry and fear and stagnation and opposition and anxiety and and and and…you name it!

It’s alright Beloved One…it comes with the territory.

You know what else comes with the territory? 

The absolute requirement from our Universal  Power Source Force to…

RELEASE.

Release is defined by Merriam-Webster as:

To set free from restraint, confinement, or servitude

To relieve from something that confines, burdens, or oppresses

To give up in favor of another: RELINQUISH

In layman terms…LET THAT ISH GO!…

When we’re on our SELF LOVE of SPIRIT journey

We’ve got to keep it real with our higher SELF…

We’ve got to keep it “One Hundred”…

We’ve got to make no mistake about true reality…

We’ve got to stay true to our realizations…

My Achilles Heal is having a mind filled to capacity with thoughts that aren’t always required.

As a meditation practitioner and teacher…

Ey3 know how to still myself…my running thoughts…my basket of unknown turned anxious over thought.

So BeautyFull Ones…I was forced to become acquainted with 

The Art of Release.

Ey3 was forced into the acknowledgement that everything our Creator Source has ordained is absolutely NONE OF MY BUSINESS!!

Ey3 had to accept what I cannot intentionally consciously change…

Is out of my hands in totality.

When we remove our insertion in the work of The Divine One…

When we release the grip of control over things we are powerless over…

When we accept that sometimes we need to just sit still…

Wait Sista Lyphe…

What you mean sit still?!?!…

Ey3 mean…in the presence of The Universal Power Source Force…

Be STILL….KNOW…RELEASE

RELEASE every care…

RELEASE every worry…

RELEASE every blockage…

RELEASE every thought/emotion of lack…

RELEASE what you don’t overstand…

RELEASE what your cannot control…

RELEASE the need to “fix it”…

RELEASE the idea of “not enough”…

RELEASE the pressure of disappointment…

RELEASE the need to explain your SELF…

RELEASE the false ideology of fear…

Sweet Spirits…Just RELEASE

When we detach from worldly upheaval…

You RELEASE into inner peace.

There is no course syllabus or tutoring mentors available for life…

There is no visible map of expectations…

What is real BeutyFull Ones is the power within to

RELEASE.

What is consistent and readily available is the opportunity to let it go.

Where ever we hold on to anything past the expiration date…

The thought…feeling…intention…situation…job…relationship…

We cause an adverse reaction to our inner SELF system.

We tax our BEST SELF work with unnecessary weight.

We offend our Universal Power Source Force when we on’t exercises

When we are unable to let go…

We’re unable to fully master our lessons..

As we continue this experience called life…The Universal Power Source Force’s syllabus continues to graduate and shift and reintroduce us to the MORE of our evolution.

Within my current course entitled “The Necessary NO”…

There have been some intense “Pop Quizzes” that I was absolutely NOT expecting!!!

As my best SELF realigns with the revised course credit standards…Ey3 have become acutely aware that the lesson is more for me than from me.

Exhausted and just OVER IT…

Ey3 have emerged my SELF in the tutelage of the current syllabus situation…

As I entered the course…I thought that I had a firm grip on my boundaries…

And Ey3 Do!!

What I was not aware of almost at all…was that boundaries cannot be established without some level of standard.

My Standards been off y’all!!

My boundary is built…but nowhere as functional without setting the standard.

Ey3 have learned to release into the will of The Universal Power Source Force.

Ey3 have taken responsibility for my Universally Reactive conducts…

Be they speech…thought…or action.

But in coming into my newest evolutionary course…

I have accepted the truth…I have given my human sibling permission to turn me inside out by spoiling them rotten.

SPOILED with the lack of speaking my truth.

SPOILED with the miseducation of the unnecessary yes.

SPOILED them with opportunities to treat them as I wanted to be treated and not getting the same treatment in return.

SPOILED them with the silencing of my deafening frustration with the constant opportunistic…selfish…greedy…piss poor abuse of my feelings.

Yes Beloved Ones…

I spoiled my human siblings rotten…

So rotten they are no longer palatable in my Lyphe.

So corrupted that in attempting to do my “homework”… I became too invested.

Being too invested lead me to FAIL my “Pop Quiz” from the Universe.

Failing my quiz was not the fault of my human sibling though.

Failing my quiz was due to my mismanaged SELF.

*Honest Zone*

Don’t get pissed with the offender we ourselves teach these unacceptable behaviors to.

Be pissed instead with the you that chose to accept the unacceptable.

But in ALL things…we are afforded an opportunity to REDIRECT our vision.

SO GRATEFUL that our Unniversal Power Source Force is limitless in endless opportunities to REDIRECT.

Upon our successful study of the subject matter of our Best SELF…

Our Universe is forgiving in our need to “Retest”.

We can come back to the table Beloved Ones…

We can retake our misguided attempts and shift them into graduated knowing through REDIRECTION.

Devi…how are we REDIRECTING?

We REDIRECT through activating the correct tutelage within 

THEN without.

We REDIRECT by constantly actualizing the “Necessary NO” with SELF 

THEN with another.

We REDIRECT by mindfully respecting responsibility without accepting the unacceptable.

When we REDIRECT…we are researching our best SELF so we can then retrain those we are in direct contact with.

We are responsible for our emotional safety…

The Universal Power Source Force expects to take care of SELF FIRST.

THEN our human siblings.

It’s okay Dear Hearts

To stand firm in the REDIRECTION of SELF…to positively impact our surroundings .

When we are no longer operative from a place of fear that makes it impossible to face our realities…

When we are stopped in our tracks by truth and wisdom…

We are activating our ability to TRANSMUTE.

We no longer need to transfer…send back…

REAL Ey3Zation...

HONEY....YES!

Ey3 REALIZE just how blessed beyond measure Ey3 Am.

Ey3 REALIZE without a doubt the exceptional care the Universal Power Source Force has seen fit to provide.

Ey3 REALIZE that no matter the trial or test...some of the most difficult experiences in my Lyphe are certainly...actually...gifts.

Ey3 REALIZE that my daily circumstances...could be so much worse...daily.

Ey3 REALIZE that my needs could go unmet.

Ey3 REALIZE that being no better than my fellow human siblings...there but by grace & mercy go Ey3.

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be without shelter

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be without sustenance

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be naked

Ey3 REALIZE...I could suffer with incurable afflictions and diseases

Ey3 REALIZE...my branches...my mother...relatives...could be suffering in ways that I would't be able to assist other than positive petition on their behalf into the universe

Ey3 REALIZE...NONE OF US ARE IN CONTROL...

Within the tutelage of REAL Ey3Zation...Ey3 found my "lane"...

REALIZE I am only employed by The Universal Power Source Force to BE STILL...

Ey3 REALIZE the essence of truths we often are distracted from living on the day to day hamster wheel...(#ABSURD)...

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...allows me to focus on others more than myself.

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...affords my positively charged energy vibrations to be active and utilized to help someone else.

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...drives my desired hopes and dreams for a better tomorrow in the direction of the hungry..the homeless... the abused...the sick....the shut in

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...ushers me into a realm of  unstoppable never ending gratitude DEEPER...WIDER...HIGHER...STRONGER than I've ever known

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...keeps me grounded...in my frailty...my imperfection...

my "this could be me" moments...

REINFORCEMENT of active positive thought...during a time when everything looks dark and different and scary

We have times of ecstasy and passion

We have times of connectivity and At-One-Ment


And then...while experiencing the gifts of the present...the now...here comes the wrecking ball of the WEIGHT!


The joys  jarred by desperation
The laughter drowned by longing
The passion overpowered by poison
The power overthrown by mental imprisonment
The connectivity cast out by contemplation of carnality


In the course of life we test...try...fail...succeed.


It's all connected...yet The Universal Power Source Force provides each of us with ability to bare each burden.
We are given the strength to GO.


With uneasy tears we GO
With sorrow and grief we GO
With pain and suffering we GO
With trial and errors we GO


We are gifted with the endurance to practice the Art of GOing the Distance.


Not too often we as human beings "REALLY" throw our hands up...throw in the towel...we speak as if we do while walking the live Art of the GO.


We never experience positivity for the same duration of time as problem.
Therefore we are challenged to dance in the rain...because it will come...yet our dance is our GO.


When you're unsure of how it will turn out...GO the DISTANCE
When I'm discouraged by the lack...GO the DISTANCE
When wanting seasons come in like a harsh winter...GO the DISTANCE
When every attempt lands us flat on our faces...GO the DISTANCE


My master teacher taught me...
"You CAN take "it"...We can take MORE."...fortunately/unfortunately!!!...

As always, it's the ultimate GIFT to have this opportunity to break bread once again.

Rest is defined by Merriam-Webster as: freedom from activity or labor.

I've been forced so to speak to learn the Art...the Gift...the Reality of REST...

When we think of Rest...we often allow it to pertain to sleeping.

But REST...real REST...is for more than just the physical body...it's more than just a regulated occurrence of closing our eyes and drifting off into slumber.

REST...is necessary for every fascist of our lives.

We are not only afforded the opportunity to REST our bodies... 

Our ability to REST our minds...hearts...spirits are just as important.

When we REST our minds...we give ourselves a chance to just exist in the moments of the present...giving whatever thoughts we're challenged with a vacation from what we cannot control.

When we REST our hearts...we give ourselves a chance to heal or reside in the current LOVE the Universal Power Source Force wants us to engulf our SELF in.

When we REST our spirits...we still the distractions so that we can achieve 
AtOneMent…to hear what the Universal Power Source Force has to say...

When we REST...we reset...we revive...we reevaluate...we readjust...we reunite with our Best SELF.

There is no designated time or space where REST just operates on its own axis...we have to want it...we have to take it...we have to give REST to our Best SELF...

When we've had an opportunity to REST...we work harder toward the dream...LOVE harder toward the dream...give our BEST toward the dream...

Sister Lyphe...what is the Dream?

The Dream Dear Hearts is the actualization of all that is good...light filled...beneficial to ourselves and all around us...

Upon obtaining a state of being at REST...whatever we are facing can take on another outlook...another tolerable form...another course more upward focused.

It's OKAY to REST...

It's OKAY to be still while awake!!!

It's OKAY to revive our SELF from all of the things that easily beset us.

Every time I step into this arena of my Lyphe purpose progression...

I feel kissed by the Universal Power Source Force.

Being here with you...LIGHTS UP MY LYPHE...and I want you to know how important you are to me.

Transformation is defined by Merriam-Webster as: a complete or major change in someone's or something's appearance, form, etc.

Our human life cycles shift/change every seven years...
We are set on a course that sheds itself every seven years...
While we may take a whole lifetime to get the lessons designated for our purpose...we will encounter changes in our insight...out outlook... on our experiences that set the stage for change.


There are changes that occur without us really noticing until we reflect on what is then hindsight...
There are changes that occur without our consult...permission.
There are changes that are extremely painful...shocking...disturbing...exhausting...pressurized...unrelenting...
unforgiving...unapologetic...
Theses "changes"..."shifts"...
This "shedding"...is a NECESSITY...a MUST...

This Dear Heart..is where our TRANSFORMATION begins...

The experiences within our cycles of change are usually fostered in fire...heat...creating a brilliant refining SHINE on our predestined journey.

And you know what...I had to spend time in each of these cocoons throughout my Lyphe cycles in order to Shed into TRANSFORMATION...

In the cocoon of brokenness...my shedding wrought an appreciation for my true COMPELTION...
In the cocoon of hurt...my shedding wrought a beneficial HEALING process...
In the cocoon of devastation...my shedding wrought an ability to LET GO and REBUILD...
In the cocoon of fear...my shedding wrought a warrior of FEARLESSNESS...
In the cocoon of discomfort...my shedding wrought ARRIVAL at the occasions of my better BEST SELF...
In the cocoon of pressure...my shedding wrought the ability to BUILD strength within...
In the cocoon of depression...my shedding wrought the TRUTH about my SELF...I was...Ey3 AM...a Storm of BEAUTIFUL rains and gray clouds and clear skies and rainbows...
In the cocoon of shame...my shedding wrought a stop to rejecting the GIFT I was...Ey3 AM to the Universal Power Source Force...
In the cocoon of underserving...my shedding wrought the utmost awareness of my ISness...
In the cocoon of unworthy...my shedding wrought a MAJESTY only I can be...only Ey3 AM...
In the cocoon of incompletion...my shedding wrought satisfaction in understanding that being WHOLE was internal...no one else was responsible for it.

In these cocoons...Ey3 SHED into TRANSFORMATION

Today...Ey3 AM  familiar...yet unrecognizable!!!...
Today...Ey3 AM a reflective glory of  Divine Feminine Energy operative solely from the Universal Power Source Force...
Today...Ey3 AM...bursting with LOVE and Light Energy...
Today...Ey3 AM...the master of my fate...the captain of my soul...
Today...Ey3 AM...the emancipation proclamation of my BEST SELF...FREE...
Today...Ey3 AM...a completion of  phases past...yet in preparation for the cycles coming forth... 
Today...Ey3 AM The Art of TRANSFORMATION...a canvas of wonderment...


What I accept is what I become...
What no longer benefits me in a positive or higher vibrating way...is inoperative...
What dampens my LOVE Light Energy...must be severed...
