Of course the past 3-4 months (depending on where you live) have been a TEST.

Yet...while Ey3 sit meditatively in reflection...

There is SO MUCH to be grateful for...

These days turned weeks turned months...have engulfed me in the art of 

REAL Ey3Zation...

HONEY....YES!

Ey3 REALIZE just how blessed beyond measure Ey3 Am.

Ey3 REALIZE without a doubt the exceptional care the Universal Power Source Force has seen fit to provide.

Ey3 REALIZE that no matter the trial or test...some of the most difficult experiences in my Lyphe are certainly...actually...gifts.

Ey3 REALIZE that my daily circumstances...could be so much worse...daily.

Ey3 REALIZE that my needs could go unmet.

Ey3 REALIZE that being no better than my fellow human siblings...there but by grace & mercy go Ey3.

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be without shelter

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be without sustenance

Ey3 REALIZE...I could be naked

Ey3 REALIZE...I could suffer with incurable afflictions and diseases

Ey3 REALIZE...my branches...my mother...relatives...could be suffering in ways that I would't be able to assist other than positive petition on their behalf into the universe

Ey3 REALIZE...NONE OF US ARE IN CONTROL...

Within the tutelage of REAL Ey3Zation...Ey3 found my "lane"...

REALIZE I am only employed by The Universal Power Source Force to BE STILL...

Ey3 REALIZE the essence of truths we often are distracted from living on the day to day hamster wheel...(#ABSURD)...

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...allows me to focus on others more than myself.

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...affords my positively charged energy vibrations to be active and utilized to help someone else.

Exercising REAL Ey3Zation...drives my desired hopes and dreams for a better tomorrow in the direction of the hungry..the homeless... the abused...the sick....the shut in

I have a difficult time speaking my truth because my truth can cut like a 

Honjo Masamune...Okay??!?!!!

It begins with the intensity of the emotions and intelligence that have been triggered...then it could turn into a blood bath of verbal assassination....

SO...

I've had to challenge my SELF with better exercises to represent my TRUTH without compromising my BEST SELF...

Hunny....It Ain't Easy!...

Sometimes my psyche just bonds my lips together so no words come out!...

Sometimes Ey3 have to stop and assess the situation from a different angle and check the perspective that is looking for the sword and shield!..

Sometimes Ey3 have to laugh at the folly of the foolish and keep it moving...

And then sometimes Guys...sometimes...I have to 

"Breakdown and Let It ALL Out!!!"

Ey3 have to disassociate my precious time with MESS and mess makers...

Ey3 have to silence my SELF by asking the Lyphe driving question...

"What is/are my intention(s)?"

Usually that stops me from placing unnecessary and premature weight on my mental and emotional shoulders...

But sometimes Beloveds...we MUST "Breakdown and LET IT ALL OUT..."

Perpetual is defined by Merriam-Webster as: continuing forever: EVERLASTING.

Evolution is defined also by Merriam-Webster as: a process of change in a certain direction: UNFOLDING; the action or an instance of forming and giving something off: EMISSION.

We Dear Hearts are a never ending progression of change...

We are unfolding in every arena of our lives every second...minute...hour of every day...
So when we wake up feeling different...it's because we are different.
When we realize that we are not aware of what's going on with us internally...it's because something is taking place internally..


Everything from our youthful look...transforming into ageless wisdom to our deciding that yellow isn't our color anymore...we prefer red!!!


Every understanding we've been afforded eventually succumbs to elevation through our daily experiences.


What we believed...what we saw...what we heard...what we felt...how we acted upon a given situation...can SHIFT in the twinkling of an eye.

Our PERPETUAL EVOLUTION reigns whether we give our consent or not.

Our PERPETUAL EVOLUTION sheds our dead skins of life and allows us rebirth after rebirth.

And you know what Dear One... It's TOTALLY alright...

The Universal Power Source Force has not gifted us to the atmosphere to just remain...


We are here to experience...and teach...and learn...and grow...and fall...and rise...and hope...and dream...and question...and doubt...

All for the sole respective purpose of PERPETUAL EVOLUTION.

We are agents of distinct differentiation...
We are workers of all things operative within our time and space...
We are living hosts of purpose...

On last evening... Ey3 was shaken from center to circumference due to a painful experience "trigger"... it rocked my core ... it temporarily debilitated me...for the first time ever in my Lyphe...VISUDDHA locked up on me...there was an inexplicable pain in my throat while at the same time...Inner SELF was petitioning me to SPEAK...but the memory hurt so bad.. I couldn't utter anything but a wailing Ey3 believe only the Universe could stand to hear...


EY3 thought Ey3 had healed...
Ey3 thought Ey3 had grown past it...
Ey3 thought Ey3 had licked my own wounds...

Ey3 thought Ey3 had EVOLVED from it...

But what I learned in the still silence of the night air...buried in the bosom of my LOVED ONE...sobbing until there was nothing left... Ey3 was STILL Perpetually EVOLVING from that trauma...


Thankfully...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to be placed under trigger attack...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to speak truth to her SELF and command her to SPEAK...no matter when the right time will be...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to grieve for that beautiful little girl who's innocence was sacrificed for the selfish wicked indulgence of another's brokenness...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to shed until it didn't hurt the same...unlike Lyphe of yesterday who suppressed and packed and avoided and hid and damn near killed her SELF (again...).
Lyphe of today allowed SELF to trust the safety most certainly present in the arms of someone only Creator could give to be a present source of LOVE & Light...
Lyphe of today then gave gratitude for every single day for 18 years...for 15 years...for 13 years...my branches...my seeds...walked without the burden Ey3 was carrying from this violation...
Lyphe of today was comforted in how beneficial tragedy can be when it's PERPETUALLY EVOLVED into Understanding and Empathy for another human siblings life story situations.


Oh Yes My Dear...we NEVER STOP...and there is no past to remember that can ever stop us from our EVERLASTING UNFOLDING...

Out of the thickness of that thought to be shrunken violet...blossomed a delicate yet thriving LOTUS emerged from the muck and mud of Lyphe...

*This sharing was a tough one for me...*

But we live for one another and within my Lyphe story lies an boundless HOPE for you AND for me...
