I am always elated to be in your midst. You are such a valuable GIFT to my Lyphe.

Grace is defined by Merriam-Webster as: unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification.; a state of sanctification enjoyed through divine assistance.


Today...within the realm of gratitude for ALL that is...has been...will be...


I affirm thanksgiving for GRACE...


Each day we are allowed  fully operative consciousness...it's because of GRACE.


My entire Lyphe consists of constant deposits of GRACE from The Universal Power Source Force...


My BEST SELF is only in motion because of the validity of GRACE...


I marvel at the idea that each moment of my Lyphe is a reflection of GRACE.


I've been judgmental...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.
I've been arrogant...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.
I've been closed minded...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.
I've been inconsistent...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.
I've been unlikeable...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.
I've been inappropriate and needed to humble myself...then I was fully introduced to GRACE.


My introduction...was to elevate me into a better BEST SELF...as an ambassador of LOVE & Light...


What was this GRACE you were introduced to Sister Lyphe?...


Short & sweetly planted into my BEST SELF...by my Master Teacher...was this...
"You wanna know why it's so EASY for me to LOVE my neighbors/brothers/sisters Lyphe?...
Because in ALL of my UNDONENESS...
The Universal Power Source Force STILL LOVES ME."


In ALL of my carnal frailty...I am gifted with chance after chance...opportunity after opportunity...reason after reason...to actively participate in the lives of my fellowman with the same understanding, patience, openness, willingness...GRACE...I so undeservingly receive from The Universal Power Source Force daily...


Today I honor the existence of GRACE...that it may be in healthy motion throughout and within the opportunities my Lyphe presents to exercise it with my fellowman as it has been so mercifully been granted unto me...


It's ONLY by Creator's GRACE that we have our being...


As GRACE is gifted to you and is beneficial to your existence...
So let your GRACE be evident within the corridors of your fellowman...

Every time I step into this arena of my Lyphe purpose progression...

I feel kissed by the Universal Power Source Force.

Being here with you...LIGHTS UP MY LYPHE...and I want you to know how important you are to me.

Transformation is defined by Merriam-Webster as: a complete or major change in someone's or something's appearance, form, etc.

Our human life cycles shift/change every seven years...
We are set on a course that sheds itself every seven years...
While we may take a whole lifetime to get the lessons designated for our purpose...we will encounter changes in our insight...out outlook... on our experiences that set the stage for change.


There are changes that occur without us really noticing until we reflect on what is then hindsight...
There are changes that occur without our consult...permission.
There are changes that are extremely painful...shocking...disturbing...exhausting...pressurized...unrelenting...
unforgiving...unapologetic...
Theses "changes"..."shifts"...
This "shedding"...is a NECESSITY...a MUST...

This Dear Heart..is where our TRANSFORMATION begins...

The experiences within our cycles of change are usually fostered in fire...heat...creating a brilliant refining SHINE on our predestined journey.


If I could build a portal into my Lyphe experiences...
If I could take you on a tour of how my Lyphe cycles exercised me...


I've been (so I thought)...
So Broken
So Hurt
So Devastated
So Afraid
So Uncomfortable
So Weighted
So Depressed
So Ashamed
So Undeserving
So Unworthy
So Incomplete

And you know what...I had to spend time in each of these cocoons throughout my Lyphe cycles in order to Shed into TRANSFORMATION...

In the cocoon of brokenness...my shedding wrought an appreciation for my true COMPELTION...
In the cocoon of hurt...my shedding wrought a beneficial HEALING process...
In the cocoon of devastation...my shedding wrought an ability to LET GO and REBUILD...
In the cocoon of fear...my shedding wrought a warrior of FEARLESSNESS...
In the cocoon of discomfort...my shedding wrought ARRIVAL at the occasions of my better BEST SELF...
In the cocoon of pressure...my shedding wrought the ability to BUILD strength within...
In the cocoon of depression...my shedding wrought the TRUTH about my SELF...I was...Ey3 AM...a Storm of BEAUTIFUL rains and gray clouds and clear skies and rainbows...
In the cocoon of shame...my shedding wrought a stop to rejecting the GIFT I was...Ey3 AM to the Universal Power Source Force...
In the cocoon of underserving...my shedding wrought the utmost awareness of my ISness...
In the cocoon of unworthy...my shedding wrought a MAJESTY only I can be...only Ey3 AM...
In the cocoon of incompletion...my shedding wrought satisfaction in understanding that being WHOLE was internal...no one else was responsible for it.

In these cocoons...Ey3 SHED into TRANSFORMATION

Today...Ey3 AM  familiar...yet unrecognizable!!!...
Today...Ey3 AM a reflective glory of  Divine Feminine Energy operative solely from the Universal Power Source Force...
Today...Ey3 AM...bursting with LOVE and Light Energy...
Today...Ey3 AM...the master of my fate...the captain of my soul...
Today...Ey3 AM...the emancipation proclamation of my BEST SELF...FREE...
Today...Ey3 AM...a completion of  phases past...yet in preparation for the cycles coming forth...

What I accept is what I become...
What no longer benefits me in a positive or higher vibrating way...is inoperative...

The Art of the *Honest Zone*

Greetings my Beautiful Loved Ones,


It's been a minute...I've missed you.


I find it more necessary as each day passes to SELF Care...decrease so my BEST SELF can increase. It's gets difficult to keep going on "E"!


So...Shall We?!?!?!!!!...


I've encountered many souls since my last post...
What I've noticed within these encounters...are ALL of the versions of myself I no longer operate from...and some I never could...


The Excuse
The Non-Believer
The Afraid
The Weary
The Hurt
The Desperate
The "I am god" Complex
The Fraud
The Selfish


I listen to the stories of my brother...my sister.
I listen to where they are in their lives and why.
I listen to the "unness" spewing from them.


And I say internally...Gurl...that was you.


I do not judge.
I do not boast.
I do not revel in their positions...


I simply take every opportunity to remind my SELF...Gurl...THAT WAS YOU.


I weep...internally as well as  externally for them and me.
I pray...healing and restoration for my neighbor...give thanks for my SELF being returned to myself...


When we look at the lives of others...we aren't looking at their problems and idiosyncrasies...we're looking at our own.
When we see ourselves...and are unwilling to look at our SELF directly...look at the work that must be done...the Universal Power Source Force leads us to it in other ways...


What I'm currently looking at...externally...is or was ME...internally


So we must reside in the *HONEST ZONE*.
We must be so concerned with our SELF work that we have not time to cast judgements upon others...


When we are operating from the *HONEST ZONE* we free ourselves of what we see in others...what we refuse to see inside...what we are in denial about because we are ashamed of our undoness...


Our *HONEST ZONE* can heal us...give us healthy perspective.
Our *HONEST ZONE* can purge us...give us a clean slate.
Our *HONEST ZONE* can drive us into our purpose driven life so we can help our brother or sister experience the LOVE & Light of daily living.
Our *HONEST ZONE* can prepare us for our BEST SELF progression.


We cannot look at our neighbor and be unwilling to see ourselves...


We that have arrived at the occasions of our Better Best SELF can HELP others get out of the darkness and achieve the internal LOVE Light.


We are all walking examples of something.
We are all called and created to be ambassadors of LOVE and Light.
We are all needed within the tapestry of time.


We ARE and when we accept our "ISNESS" by taking serious time and attention to our SELF in the *HONEST ZONE*...


We BEcome the world of mankind we want to see...

When someone looks into us and finds our BEST SELF operative...perhaps they'll want to BEcome a Better Best SELF as well.


It may hurt.
It may take time.
It may be difficult.


But the *HONEST ZONE* is the place where our living waters flow clear as crystal.

To not heal...to be BEcome Better...BEST... is a slap in the face of the Universal Power Source Force. It's waiting on our arrival into our purpose for use beyond our wildest expectations.

I'm standing in a realm of gratitude for another opportunity to be in your presence. To spend this moment in time with you. There's no other place I'd rather be than here with You.

BELIEF is defined by Merriam-Webster as: a feeling of being sure that someone or something exists or that something is true: a feeling that something is good, right or valuable: a feeling of trust in the worth or ability of someone.

I didn't always exercise the power to BELIEVE in my SELF. I had dug some very shallow graves of despair and SELF deception over the course of my Lyphe...BUT NOW...

When you look into your SELF do you feel sure that your BEST SELF is real?
When you look into your SELF do you feel good, right or valuable?
When you look into your SELF do you trust your ability...your worth?

If your answer is YES...I'm so happy for you!!! Keep on BELIEVING...

But if your answer is NO...you Dear One are not alone...
I've been there...as a matter of fact...many around you at this very moment are going through the same labyrinth of lacking BELIEF. 

BELIEF in SELF can be challenging...especially if we've been conditioned to hate ourselves...speak untruths to ourselves...see or envision false realities of ourselves...

I by nature am a people watcher!!! 
I LOVE to watch people...
Not for the sake of judgement or criticism...but to exercise the art of respect for every living being and how operating on the axis of individuality is each human beings EXCELLENCE!!

We are SO BEAUTIFUL when we are operative on our own TRUTH...our own SELF axis!!!
We are incomparable!!!
We are undeniable!!!
We are trend setters!!!
We are molders of the STORY!!!
We are inventors of cultural progression!!! 
WE ARE with BELIEF!!!

When we BELIEVE...we open up portals of hope and dreams...
When we BELIEVE...we can accomplish ANYTHING we set our minds to...

BELIEF can brighten your darkness.
BELIEF can set your BEST SELF free.

BELIEF can utilize the deceptive distractions as a catalyst into your success.

CLARITY of the Third Ey3 Vision

*Honest Zone*
One of the most common symptoms of depression is called "the fog". When I was at my lowest place within depression...I was never clear...I spent a majority of my time aware yet totally unaware.




Let's Walk...Shall we?!?!...




Clarity is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the quality of being easily understood; the quality of being easily seen or heard.


What stands out for me is...the quality of being easily seen or heard.


When I was suffering...I'd convinced my SELF that no one was listening...no one wanted to hear me...no one was paying me any attention because my "condition" had written me off...
"No one wants to hear thoughts from a "crazy" person."...
"No one will understand where I'm coming from because my thoughts and emotions are all over the place."...
"I'm imbalanced."...
(Dear SELF...I'm so sorry for treating you this way...
I know better now and I'll NEVER hurt you again...)


I convinced my SELF of so many disgusting dishonesties...
I was the reason my everything was so "foggy" or "cloudy"...it was because of how I was misdiagnosing things internally...not because it was truth...but because my illness was running my Lyphe race for me...


On my 2011 birthday...I gifted my SELF with the removal of every medication that I was currently taking for...
Depression
Manic Episodes
Mood Stabilization
Anxiety
Sleep
Attention
I signed a contract with my SELF that I would continue seeing my therapist at the time as a means to keep the work going...while giving my SELF an opportunity to get the REAL LYPHE WORK underway...no longer was I willing to depend on the diagnosis of someone on the outside of my actual living experience...no longer was I going to over medicate my SELF into submission of pharmaceutical drug dealers for dollars...no longer was I going to give my SELF over into the hands of some one or thing incapable of really healing me...

In that moment Dear Ones...the "fog" was lifting...CLARITY was on the horizon...so I began another portion of my Lyphe journey...and 8 years later I am here with you medication AND therapist free!!!
LOVE & Light Filled...
Walking Temple for usage to The Universal Power Source..


The work of getting in touch with my SELF is my medicinal duty.
The truth work of processing, purging, progressing...is my daily therapy.
The practice of healing is my SELF Mantra.
The exercise of openness to The Universal Power Source Force for guidance instead of attempting to do the work all alone is my centering.


While I am grateful to say...CLEARLY...I've come a mighty long way.
My true CLARITY also admonishes me to keep going...I've only just begun to live the Lyphe I was intended to be...
The road blocks of our existence are the chapters upon chapters...lines upon lines...verse upon verse that compile our life truths into our LypheStory...


Every day I was medication free...
Every day I left the therapist chair...


I knew more than anything else...I was getting CLARITY...


In small increments...
Miniature doses...
Microscopic miracles...


I was able to SEE...
For so long I was looking at my Lyphe SELF through the two eyes utilized for external sight...
But I had begun the entrance into my Third Ey3 Vision...
Where everything I once saw as upside down...was right side up.
Where every excuse I made for undoness...was brought into focus as stepping stones of undeniable fearless progress.
Where every tear identified as burning pain filled flood zone... were the rushing waters of cleansing and rejuvenation.
Where every "I Can't...I Don't know how...I Shouldn't"...
became the loosing team of my Lyphe...challenged by my Third Ey3 Vision's..."I'm Ready...I'm Able...I Will." declarations now in the lead revealing a huge margin between "The Fog" and CLARITY.


I took a leap of belief into trusting the CLARITY of my Third Ey3 Vision...
I began to trust the TRUTH about my Righteous SELF...
I instilled into my SELF the Impenetrable Boundary Trench of Impeccable Speech turned Incommunicably Supernatural SELF Action...


*Whoa*...


With the CLARITY of my Third Ey3 Vision compass...
I set course through uncharted territory into my Lyphe...
I began exploring...experimenting...engulfing...intertwining...entangling my SELF with my BETTER SELF then my BEST SELF...


Imagine being stranded on a deserted island of prosperity that had every amenity your BEST SELF could ever desire right there for your usage...
My Third Ey3 Vision taught me I wasn't lonely anymore...I had arrived on the island of SELF and required time alone...
The peace, grace, love, abundance, truths, wonders, miracles, gifts of spirit...these things have become my Lyphe long companions on this island...


I was more isolated on the "Ship of External Vision"... where people and material things were the "perks"...
What came into CLARITY focus is...if you aren't careful...picking up or touching the unclean/unhealthy thoughts...emotions...convictions  of people and perceptions and experiences...that "Ship of External Vision"...can make your BEST SELF very very ill!..


*Truth*
No one's opinion, suggestion, perception of your SELF will EVER speak the truth that your SELF will speak to and for its SELF...
STOP BEING DEPENDENT on ANY thing/one external...to co-pilot your Third Ey3 Vision course...
External opinion is not REALISTIC within your Internal Truth... to your Third Ey3 Vision CLAIRTY


I became the Ambassador of my SELF CLARITY...
I embarked on the exploration of my LypheStory TRUTH Adventures...


How beautiful Lyphe looks through The Third Ey3 Vision CLARITY...
No doubts...just determinations
No fear...just SELF forgiveness
No more external judgements...just justified internal peace
No more lacking support system...just head coach and cheerleader of the LypheStory SELF and ALL of the beauty The Universal Power Force Source has gifted me.


I can see my blessings
I can see my worth & value
I can see my beauty
I can see my regality
I can see my Lyphe Force in motion
I can see my joy
