Dear Ones...
Have you ever been tested?
Have you ever been tried?
Have you ever been under pressure?
Have you ever wanted to throw in the towel?
Have you ever wanted to scream at the top of your lungs..."What Am I Doing Wrong?"
Have you ever decided that it's best to just quit?
Have you ever allowed your mind to take you to a place of "out of control"?
Have you internalized everything until you were no longer recognizable to your SELF?




Of Course You Have Sweetz!!!....Because your are a human being!!!




There is no such thing as an "easy" life...meaning escape from the highs and lows of it...BUT...there IS a such thing as an "easy" life based on your perception of whatever the current tide brings.


As I've shared before...I "WAS"...notoriously known for being the "Eeyore" personality...never EVER all the way happy...content...joy filled...at peace.


Throughout my growth progressions...I taught myself to be "Half Full" rather than "Half Empty"...living in the gratitude of whatever the current Lyphe situation brought my way


I exercised myself into a toned and well built statue of peace and happiness and contentment and prosperity...


I worked on my SELF to break the chains that had been placed on me by myself not rising to the occasion of my SELF...




*Let's Consider*
In the King James Version of the Bible...
There is a book that fascinates me...
JOB.




Is the proper pronunciation of this book Job or job?!...




Seemingly this story is all about getting the lesson of Waiting...and Weighting...


What if...Our Eternal job...is to WAIT...while under the pressure of  the heavy WEIGHT?...


This book of Job allowed me to look into my own Lyphe and it's lesson scenarios...the wanting, the pain, the loss, the struggles, the fails...
Yet even when I wanted to give it all up...there was an internal WAIT going on that my WEIGHT could not really grasp...yet could not consume...


We all have seen days of desolation and despair...hurt and sorrow...
We've cried until a daybreak WAITING while the WEIGHT was bearably unbearable...


What if our Eternal job is to move in and out of real time and space...WAITING with the WEIGHT of  our individual worlds on our shoulders?


How can we be a LOVE & Light Energy Source had we not seen darkness?
How can we be a Hope to our neighbor lest we'd been hopeless?


Our lives are merely a TEST turned TESTIMONY for our neighbor...the pressure is not for us...it's for the usage of the Universal Power Source Force.


Our SHINE lies not in anything tangible...
Our SHINE is no small bit or piece...it's HUGE...
Our SHINE consists more so of our battle scars than our rank...
Our SHINE often rises out of the fire of refinement...
Our SHINE is blinding Beauty of our SELF experiences...


Our SHINE is able to light the entire world if we'd take more time to recognize the Light itself...accepting our existence was in existence before our conception...that we were created one by one...not just here...
No Thing...No One...is just here...


You are MADE to SHINE...
You are Fashioned for LOVE & Light Bearing


So get back to your JOB and WAIT ...even with all of the WEIGHT...it's all the undoubtable Art work of your Universal SHINE.


Take a deep breath...exhale the toxins...and ingest the restoration of your SELF SHINE...

The Pressure Purpose

Greetings Belovedz,


I have certainly missed our time together. Had to RE-center my SELF.




Purpose is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the reason why something is done or used: the aim or intention of something; the feeling of being determined to do or achieve something; the aim or goal of a person: what a person is trying to do, become, etc.




As we walk this road of life...on our pilgrim journey...it can get interesting to say the least!!!
As human beings, our frailties at times overtake us...causing us to adopt ideologies that are not aligned with our Purpose.


We convince and tell ourselves the total opposite of our Purpose truth.


Have you ever needed to do, become, explore something...and no matter how intense the feeling is...you talk your SELF into what does not drive you?


I just have to paint...but painting isn't my college major.
I just gotta get out on that Broadway stage one day...but that's too far fetched with my current situation
I must be my bravest SELF...but everyone sees me as afraid and I won't be heard or taken seriously.


Our PURPOSE drives in the right direction which usually looks (to the carnal eye) as the wrong direction.


Wrong because I'm not "enough" to obtain it...maintain it...become it...




Dear One I'm here to tell you...Yes You Are...




You are not just enough...you are MORE than enough because you've been fashioned with PURPOSE


You are not just capable...you are MORE than capable because you were created with PURPOSE


You are not just mighty...you are MORE mighty than you can imagine because you have PURPOSE


There is nothing in the way of you picking up your Best SELF and moving in your PURPOSE.


If you want to dance...DANCE
If you want to sing...SING
If you want to lead...LEAD
If you want to love...LOVE

Cover us in the shielding Everlasting Light...keep us warm...in tuned...secure...strong


Allow the darkness to only be the tunnel of truth...bringing out the brilliance of our LOVE Light journey.

Elevation INTO Excellence

Greetings and Grace Belovedz,

A very important key element to our spiritual and emotional life progression...is the ability to LOVE our SELF better than anything or anyone ever could have...would have...should have.

Elevation is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the height of a place; an act or result of lifting or raising someone or something; a place (such as a hill) that is higher than the area around it.

Excellent is defined by Merriam-Webster as: archaic:superior; very good of its kind; eminently good:first class.

Training ourselves to LOVE our SELF is the beginning phase to our Elevation into Excellence. We are fostering a lifestyle change...an adjustment...that increases our SELF excellence by elevating our thoughts...the truths we tell ourselves...
our feelings...accepting that sometimes our feelings are very temporary and fleeting...
our soul/spirit...giving these two powerful pieces of SELF an opportunity to become without us forcing it with denial and neglect.

*Honest Zone*
I LIVE for Frequency Vibration Music...(TRY THIS - IT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE)
While I have different frequencies operating around me...the frequency vibration music assists me with elevating my SELF game.

I can meditate.
I can breathe.
I can pray.
I can give gratitude.
I can become still.
I can become positively charged and active in a way I was not always aware of.
I change the atmosphere around me...when my frequency is aligned.

I have found this tool to assist me with operating on an Elevated level of my SELF Excellence.

Throughout the time of my consistent and constant practice of
attention to my SELF...you know what I finally "GOT" my Dear Ones... I have learned the true existence of Happy...of Joy...of Contentment...

They are MINE!!!
They are OURS....if we only seek them out.

I was assisting someone within a meditation class I was instructing...and explained to them that we are not taught to seek out... the Joys and Happiness and Peace and Contentments within our lives...like they are forbidden...that only adjectives of negativity are accepted as our life truths.

IT's NOT SO...

IT's NOT SO...

I PROMISE YOU...there is a path to upward thinking and feeling that can BECOME your normal.

Don't give up on your SELF Belovedz..

Plan the work of your BEST SELF and work your BEST SELF plan.

The Universal Power Force Source did not create us to be miserable...but to be miraculous...marvelous...

We have to stretch ourselves out of the discomfort of complacency and seek our individual  Elevations into Excellence.

My brand may look nothing like yours...but as a collective unit of BEST SELF beings...our vibrational energies will meet somewhere in the middle and effect the world around us into Beauty and Brilliant LOVE & Light.

We are a spark...that can become a forest fire of positivity, hope and change.

WE ARE the change that we are looking to see in the world around us. We cannot change others before we change our SELF.  The only way to ignite this reactivity of change is to change SELF...

Practice into ART...the Elevation into your Excellence and watch the cosmos dance with joy over our return to our BEST Righteous Hearts and Minds.

We will NEVER not have work to do...if you fell off the work wheel...took a detour...made a mistake...

It's all okay Beloved...
We have RIGHT NOW to return our SELF to ourselves and reset the journey of our Elevation into Excellence. (there's a reason why INTO is there...)

I am thankful for Wisdom...


For every moment I've spent in the "hot seat" of my existence...
For every mistake I've made...
For every wrong I've committed...
For every challenge I've faced with ignorance...
For every storm of Lyphe I chose not to prepare my SELF for...
For every stumbling block...
For every test I failed...
For every game of chess I played as checkers...


Today I stand in gratitude for the forgiveness of WISDOM...


Without Wisdom...I'd be a resident of the "hot seat"...
Without Wisdom...I'd be a repeat offender of my mistakes...
Without Wisdom...I'd carelessly commit wrong...
Without Wisdom...I'd be the ignorance of my challenges...
Without Wisdom...I'd be swept away by the storms of Lyphe...
Without Wisdom...I'd be my SELF's stumbling block...
Without Wisdom...I'd be void the aptitude of Lyphe...
Without Wisdom...I'd be the game piece in a strange hand...
