Question - What Drives You?...

All of the reasons I thought I was "driven" were absolutely WRONG...

I didn't realize I was looking at this question upside down...

What Drives You?...was the question
My answers were...my children...my 9-5 work...my ancestors, etc.

All of which were the wrong answer.
I was not driven BY these answers...I'm driven FOR these answers.

The What Drives Me introspect...is internal exercise...if I exclude myself from the exercise...all of the mental work has been in vain.

What Drives Me had to become personal...so that the work became Universal.

I am Driven by my LOVE energy
I am Driven by my LIGHT energy
I am Driven by never giving up on myself ...no matter how difficult things get
I am Driven by the belief I have in my potential to do and become anything I put my genius mind to
I am Driven by honesty and justice
I am Driven by compassion and a belief in second chances
I am Driven by the reality that I am a small thing in this Universal tapestry
I am Driven by humility
I am Driven by common sense
I am Driven by prayer and meditation
I am Driven by remaining strong...even in my weaknesses

ALL that Drives me...are the BYs
and anyone...everyone...I encounter, impact, engage with are the FORs

I had to readjust my perspectives into proper reality placement so that my DRIVE had a living, breathing...reason.

My Drive then gained quality and actual purpose.
I'm Driven each day so that I can help another become...
Helping another become will not be attributed to my talk...but my walk...and my "walk" MUST have DRIVE...

What Drives You Beloved?
In what direction is your current Drive (if any at all) taking you?
Is there purpose to your Drive?
Is there passion within your Drive?
Or is your Drive in neutral?

I accept being a brilliant reflection of the Universal Spirit.

I accept that I am unlike anyone else and it makes me happy!

I accept the LOVE & Light Energies that are being sent my way.

I accept the support of my village, my team, and the unknown...

I accept my self reflection as it is...today I'm the most beautiful me to date...

I accept that although my tests and trials have not stopped...neither have I...

I accept the wisdom I've gained through my Lyphe lessons.

I accept the blessings and gifts that have been bestowed upon me...especially the undeserved ones...

I accept that things aren't all about me...therefore giving myself to the universe for a positive use in the lives of others.

I accept the Greatness of the Ey3 Am factor within...

Within acceptance...I've opened myself up to...more bounty and beauty.

You are Wonderful...ACCEPT IT!

The Art of Gratitude

My SPIRIT Honors Your SPIRIT Beautiful One.

One thing I've never had difficulty with is saying Thank You. It started as a major percentage of the "manners" clause!

As time gifted wisdom...I came to FEEL every Thank You I put out. 

When I meant it...When I didn't...When it was received...When it was rejected...

Living and learning have always been the Super Opponents of life. They have a way of knocking you clean out of the ring sometimes.

So as pain, and test, and trial, and fear, and joy, and sorrow, and happiness, and beauty, and love, and heartache...(I could go on forever)...took form and shape within my Lyphe...I learned the Art of Gratitude on a deeper level...

I learned how to...through every situation or phase of Lyphe...say Thank You.

Thank You Universal Energy

Thank You for Love and Light

Thank You for health and strength

Thank You for peace of mind

Thank You for rescuing me from hurt and harm

Thank You for my loved ones

Thank You for my tests and trials

Thank You for the movement of my limbs

Thank You...Thank You...Thank You...Thank You

Each opportunity I take to give thanks and gratitude...it ushers me into a realm that I could get lost in...it makes me smile...it keeps me grounded...it helps ease the pressure I'm under at that time...

What's most beautiful about The Art of Gratitude...

the energy my gratitude gives back...it becomes apart of the inner conversation and yields entrance into the Love and Light Energy zone.

When we are thankful...The Universe blesses us with saturated doses of Love and Light..

Now if THAT's not beauty...I don't know what is...

Our EXCELLENCE in Motion

Dear Ones...

Have you ever spent more time admiring someone else's excellence? Have you given "kudos" to another person for being AWESOME?

I have...and in the process of praising others...

My Lyphe Excellence was like...What about me?!?!

I'm talented

I'm spiritual

I'm beautiful

I'm loving

What about me?... let me rephrase that...What about your excellence?...

So I replied to my inner self and justified why I was not deserving of the title of EXCELLENCE...

I'm not as smart as he is...I'm not as attractive as she is... I don't have the talent... I don't have the financial means...

Without realizing it...I decreased my Universal EXCELLENCE each time I took the attention off of "her" and placed it onto another human being.

Now don't get me wrong...we are to celebrate the good of  humanity in any shape or form it comes...just not at the expense of our own EXCELLENCE...

What's really funny is when others compliment our EXCELLENCE we don't believe them!!! We will give praise to others from a pure love place, but are unable to accept it in return...

Know why?... Because we've lost the Essence of our EXCELLENCE trying to make it mirror another's rather than seeking our brand of excellence IN  the mirror.

We are not created to be anyone BUT ourselves. We are fashioned from Creation that saw fit to make each one of us in its own image mold...

You cannot be my brand of Lyphe...as I cannot be yours.

LUCKY for us...as long as we have today, we have time to readjust ourselves. Align ourselves with our individual EXCELLENCE...nurture it...cultivate it...set it into motion...then walk in it...reside in your brand of  EXCELLENCE.

Let's begin with one of those small steps...look at yourself and tell him/her...

You are EXCELLENCE created in and of a

Universal Power Source which is EXCELLENCE. 

Be the Love Light EXCELLENCE you already are and work daily toward perfecting.

Question - What is Your Purpose?

I've sat many a day and asked...What is my purpose?

What is purpose at all?

Why is purpose necessary for my journey?

How come purpose doesn't reveal itself?

PURPOSE: the reason why something is done...

determination...pursuing a goal...is MY job.

I've got to decide that in my knowing I'm WORTHY...that I too have a purpose.

I just figured out like ten minutes before I started this blog...what my purpose was...hehehehe

But leading up to this I knew The Universe was pushing me...pulling me...driving me...fashioning me...to step into my purpose...Once I understood what purpose was and what purpose was about...

PURPOSE took on it's own Lyphe and Shape and Form...

Whomever my purpose was built for...it's definitely in full swing. I hope that it's for you!!!

I Am WORTHY

A simple adjective we use too little...

WORTHY...

Defined by Merriam-Webster as: good and deserving respect, praise, or attention : having enough good qualities to be considered important, useful, etc...

If the definition ALONE does not ring the bells and whistles of your internal

LOVE & LIGHT Energies...let's take it a step further...

There is NO ONE on this earth more WORTHY than you are.

You're worth and value reach far beyond the realms of anything you can imagine.

The Universe has placed a WORTHY within each of us that cannot be taken away or diminished.

You ARE WORTHY...now...Walk In It.

The Difference Between Alone and Lonely

Greetings and Sustaining Grace Dear Hearts,

Alone is defined by Merriam-Webster as:

without anyone or anything else

Lonely is defined by Merriam-Webster as:

sad from being apart from other people

As a "Loner" I actually enjoy my alone time. I am sometimes forced into it. As much as  I enjoy my interactions with others...this Alone space warrants my self reflection... to assess...to address... the situations and issues within.

The Alone time keeps me grounded and balanced...to a fault sometimes...because I'm often more content Alone!!

When we engage ourselves with "SELF"...take on the honest tasks and challenges of individuality...we can become our BEST companion. No longer seeking outside sources to fulfill an emotional process that didn't exist from the beginning.

As long as you can successfully exist in the realm of Alone or Self 

(doing the necessary work of course)...

You will NEVER be Lonely.

The Wisest Human Being I knew at that time said...

"Lyphe...you are harder on you...than God (I use The Universe on this platform) is on you."

It was the BEST news I'd heard all damn day!

No matter how hard we are on ourselves.

No matter how hard the world is on us...

The Universe understands...knows...and accepts us as we are.

Who we were created to be.

You are OKAY.

You are the Beauty of Individuality.

You are a Light Source...even when it seems dark.

Don't allow yourself or any one/thing to feed you otherwise.

Every morning when I part ways with my children a conversation takes place... that USED to be...

Mom - TRY My BEST

The Children - To Be My BEST

A loved one interrupted my pity party rant one day when I used the phrase

 "I'm Trying"...

He said..."Try to get up out of the chair you're sitting in"... he then interjected with ..."Did you try? Or did you just get up?"... he continued with... 

"you don't try Lyphe...you just get up".

So I stopped telling myself and my seeds to TRY, because we just DO. We all DO so much more than we give ourselves credit for. Our "try" is usually the excuse we use to diminish the work we've already put in...

Our morning conversation was revised at that moment to...

Mom - DO My BEST

The Children - To Be My BEST

Mom - You ARE the Best

The Children - You too mommy...

JUST DO Dear Ones... you've tried long enough. 

You ARE more than you give yourself credit for.

Lyphez Meditation Mantra

Okay Guys...

MEDITATION...changed my Lyphe.

I don't know how I ever survived without it.

It's a gift from the Universe to be able to get STILL...to get QUIET...dig into our individual DEEPs...

I was shocked at how healing and necessary it was to learn the Art of Being through meditation...

Every opportunity I get to engage in meditation...

I take it...

(one of my FAVORITE things to do)

I begin with my Lyphe Meditation Mantra.

I am calm...I AM calm...

When I'm calm...Ey3 am at peace

When I'm at peace...Ey3 am my best self

When I'm my best self...Ey3 am Light

My light is made up of Universal Energy therefore

Ey3 am one with the Universe...

Deep slow 6 count breath in the nose

Slow 8 count exhale through the mouth

(or the nose if you can) then repeat.

Imagine getting to a place within...where nothing and no one can interrupt or invade or muddy your LIGHT Being...WHAT?!?!? ... Oh YES it's in you!!!!
