Evolution is defined also by Merriam-Webster as: a process of change in a certain direction: UNFOLDING; the action or an instance of forming and giving something off: EMISSION.

We Dear Hearts are a never ending progression of change...

We are unfolding in every arena of our lives every second...minute...hour of every day...
So when we wake up feeling different...it's because we are different.
When we realize that we are not aware of what's going on with us internally...it's because something is taking place internally..


Everything from our youthful look...transforming into ageless wisdom to our deciding that yellow isn't our color anymore...we prefer red!!!


Every understanding we've been afforded eventually succumbs to elevation through our daily experiences.


What we believed...what we saw...what we heard...what we felt...how we acted upon a given situation...can SHIFT in the twinkling of an eye.

Our PERPETUAL EVOLUTION reigns whether we give our consent or not.

Our PERPETUAL EVOLUTION sheds our dead skins of life and allows us rebirth after rebirth.

And you know what Dear One... It's TOTALLY alright...

The Universal Power Source Force has not gifted us to the atmosphere to just remain...


We are here to experience...and teach...and learn...and grow...and fall...and rise...and hope...and dream...and question...and doubt...

All for the sole respective purpose of PERPETUAL EVOLUTION.

We are agents of distinct differentiation...
We are workers of all things operative within our time and space...
We are living hosts of purpose...

Never be afraid to EVOLVE.

On last evening... Ey3 was shaken from center to circumference due to a painful experience "trigger"... it rocked my core ... it temporarily debilitated me...for the first time ever in my Lyphe...VISUDDHA locked up on me...there was an inexplicable pain in my throat while at the same time...Inner SELF was petitioning me to SPEAK...but the memory hurt so bad.. I couldn't utter anything but a wailing Ey3 believe only the Universe could stand to hear...


EY3 thought Ey3 had healed...
Ey3 thought Ey3 had grown past it...
Ey3 thought Ey3 had licked my own wounds...

Ey3 thought Ey3 had EVOLVED from it...

But what I learned in the still silence of the night air...buried in the bosom of my LOVED ONE...sobbing until there was nothing left... Ey3 was STILL Perpetually EVOLVING from that trauma...


Thankfully...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to be placed under trigger attack...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to speak truth to her SELF and command her to SPEAK...no matter when the right time will be...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to grieve for that beautiful little girl who's innocence was sacrificed for the selfish wicked indulgence of another's brokenness...
Lyphe of today was strong enough to shed until it didn't hurt the same...unlike Lyphe of yesterday who suppressed and packed and avoided and hid and damn near killed her SELF (again...).
Lyphe of today allowed SELF to trust the safety most certainly present in the arms of someone only Creator could give to be a present source of LOVE & Light...
Lyphe of today then gave gratitude for every single day for 18 years...for 15 years...for 13 years...my branches...my seeds...walked without the burden Ey3 was carrying from this violation...
Lyphe of today was comforted in how beneficial tragedy can be when it's PERPETUALLY EVOLVED into Understanding and Empathy for another human siblings life story situations.


Oh Yes My Dear...we NEVER STOP...and there is no past to remember that can ever stop us from our EVERLASTING UNFOLDING...

Out of the thickness of that thought to be shrunken violet...blossomed a delicate yet thriving LOTUS emerged from the muck and mud of Lyphe...

*This sharing was a tough one for me...*

But we live for one another and within my Lyphe story lies an boundless HOPE for you AND for me...

Merriam-Webster defines ROOTED as: the cause or source of something.

Sistah Lyphe...what we talking bout?!?!?!!!!!

Well...I was encouraged through a spiritual connection source to start the work of GROUNDING...

What is GROUNDING?...it is the act of reconnection to our carnal being in the midst of tumultuous living...GROUNDING...is the art of re-centering ones self for the purpose of reattachment to the earth itself...regaining the rooted ties to creation. Getting our organic reestablishment back into our beginning.

I chose the selected definition of ROOTED as a reminder that we are all established within existence...we are living breathing cords of connection to everything around us and sometimes...it's easy to lose sight of it...to forget...

So we must get ROOTED back into our centered GROUNDING.

This particular practice is attached to our "Root" Chakra -Muladhara

Our 1st chakra is responsible for our connectivity to our earthen body...the safety and security one feels in their own human being...void the additional valueless circumstances we face...what is real to our BEST SELF begins WITHIN...deep deep down...what we are truly operative from...is only disturbed by our lack of attention to it.

GROUNDING...a constant return to our core is vital to achievement of BEST SELF...when we are over stimulated by what's going on around us...our livelihoods...family...jobs...finances...relationships...

We are uprooting our SELF from our establishment.

So I encourage us to re-center our BEST SELFs with GROUNDING.

Refocusing on our beautiful humanity...on it's reality...it's needs...it's desires...it's origin.

When we imagine ourselves as a old, strong, immovable Oak...pushing our own rooting back into the earth...deep down toward the core of our creation...spreading our roots deep and wide...when we feel the earth under our feet...stand and exist amongst the wind...listen to what nature is reminding us of...detaching from the mundane and superficial and unnatural and materialistic...we are again ROOTED...GROUNDED...

This practice is also our Love & Light healthcare...rejuvenating, invigorating, empowering...take deep breaths and ROOT...GROUND...

We are SO MUCH MORE than we could ever attempt to define by the gauge of this world around us.

We are MIRACLES...

We are SEEDS of Creation...

We are purposed for divine usage by The Universal Power Source Force...

We are GIFTS even unto ourselves...

We are ROOTED...GROUNDED...relics of Phenomena.

I cannot even begin to explain the shame filled undoneness of my inability to WAIT!!!!!

Now don't get me wrong...I've certainly matured over time!!

I have earned the right of passage to WAIT outside the door!!!

But Honey...you talk about a challenge?!?!?...CHALLANGE ON...INDEED!!!

If I could assume for a moment... I would assume that there is no feeling in the world like knowing what you want...setting your sights...gathering a plan...executing the plan...KNOWING that your plan has prevailed...

and then............................................

wait for it................................................................

the WAIT game begins!!!

We...I mean Ey3...do so much DOING...toward what my heart and mind are set on...Ey3 loose sight of the DONE!

Sister Lyphe...what's "The DONE" Darling...?!?

Beloved..."The DONE" is the AllReadyNess...the finality of our request laid up on our behalf...

Understanding what a powerful muscle...vessel...our righteous mind is...

we underestimate the things we are seeking...as desires...as wants...as dreams...but not as DONE!

We...Ey3 mean Ey3 lose my SELF in the thoughts of preparation...rather than in the idea of the Finite Grand Finale!..."The DONE".

What we desire...what we lay claim to...what we speak as existing truth...what we visualize into visibility...are already DONE on our behalf...just by the pure intent of our request.

Does this mean sit stagnated and wait on some other source to make it so?

NO!

What "The DONE" does is responds to our thought turned active recognition turned ACTion into "The DONE".

The Universal Power Source Force drives every fascist of our action into ACTualization on our behalf...

The challenge is then....what?!?!...you got it!!! The WAIT.

We carry the weight of the unknown rather than bask in the KNOWING of "The DONE"...

Waiting is merely the simplistic response to "The DONE"....whew....I'm preaching to a choir of ten thousand right now!!!!

Ey3 know it can get difficult to not see the result with the carnal eye...

Ey3 know how strained we become waiting on time...

But Dear One...the weight of the wait...is the preparedness phase of...

"The DONE"!...

So THANK YOU Universal Power Source Force for being the Grand Architect of my desires into tangible evidence of your attention to my calls.

With intense purity...gratitude...humility...with meaning.

So...here we go...

I spend so much time taking my SELF off the edge...Honey...I'm probably the poster child for "Girl Calm DOWN"!!!

I mean really...it gets so difficult sometimes.

I can be the example of impatience!!!

I've been like an infant at times...I want it now...Now...NOW!!!

I have a very...very difficult time waiting.

Not because I don't wanna wait more than I wanna get this show on the road!!!...like...COME ON ALREADY!!!...Let's DO this!!!...

But every time...every time...I feel a need to run the red light...impede the flow of my Lyphe traffic...switch lanes...The Universal Power Source Force slows my impatient impulses to a screeching halt!!!

I get "Calm Down" time out!!!

But what's so beautiful about the atmosphere's way of settling us is that we get to reflect on how little we need to exercise impatience in the first place.

Guess what y'all?!?!...

I ain't moving nowhere...no faster...with impatience and the need to hurry as I am with a steady stride...

Actually...sometimes I get more accomplished with a steady beat than an erratic irrational explosion.

I've shared a Lyphe insecurity with you in this honest zone...just to be able to assist by telling you...Dear One..."Just Calm Down"...

We cannot alter the gifts that The Universal Power Source Force has in store for us by waiting...we enhance the benefits of the predestined promises by waiting...

So I challenge US!!!

To Chill...Relax...Stay Calm...Be Patient...Don't Rush the Process...Breathe ...Think UPward Thoughts...Speak Positive Truths...and WAIT...

BUT

NEVER quit...Don't EVER give up...
