Within the realm of gratitude...

I give thanks for reflection...

When I take moments to reflect on my Lyphe...
The highs and lows...
The ins and outs...

No matter the motion of my external existence...

I am thanks filled for the opportunity to reflect...therefore return.

I cannot impact any portion of my living except for in the now...

In the now...
I recenter my SELF by giving room for growth...
I reenter the sanctum of my SELF for guidance and redemption...
I forgive my short comings and declare the power of the Present...

The Fear Frenzy

Feeling like my Purpose driven Lyphe has guided me into the hearts and minds of loved ones that are dealing with my personal nemesis...Fear...
I know Fear too well...it was a Lyphe time bedfellow...smh

Sister Lyphe...We were not born with the knowledge of fear...why were you afraid?...what were you afraid of?...

My answer My Loves is...I was Taught fear and so I Caught fear...


We are all too often subjects...even "lab rats" so to speak...of UNformation and MISeducation and UNDERstanding...


Many of us are taught fear from a very early age...
Fear equals Respect...instead of Respect begetting Respect.
Fear equals Obedience...in order for my will to be done...I will make him/her afraid so that they obey me.
Fear equals Trust...instead of living an Action packed life that one might imitate...emulate...I will breech the natural Trust with DIShonesty...saying one thing and doing another...to gain false trust...to manipulate...to deceive...to divide...to devour.

Truth is...Fear only equals Fear. PERIOD.

Fear can be debilitating...
Fear is used to manipulate us.
Fear is used to distract us.
Fear is used to get us to concede to things against the natural grain of our character and innate KNOWING Power...
Fear is uselessly useful.
Fear impacts our every day living...pouring this vicious cycle onto our life canvas...into our loved ones...our community...our atmosphere.

Fear is dangerous...because it causes us to go into a FRENZY.

Merriam-Webster describes FRENZY as: a temporary madness :a violent mental or emotional agitation :intense usually wild and often disorderly compulsive or agitated activity.

We become a nervous wrecking ball...due to the FRENZY Fear creates.

Let's Walk...


I am afraid of heights...I do not like roller coasters or high altitudes...I'd prefer to stay planted on the ground!!!...but my sons LOVE roller coasters...
I could very well...interrupt their lack of fearing heights with all kinds of thoughts and emotional "mess"... that will at the very moment of utterance...the fear driven speech becomes planted...embedded...into my fear free Seed's soil...
"It's too high up...you may fall"...FEAR FRENZY
"What if the cables break and you come crashing 500 feet?"...FEAR FRENZY
"The seat belts don't look safe enough."...FEAR FRENZY

*Mind You* I couldn't possibly know ANYTHING about the roller coaster experience at all...

I've never taken the opportunity to experience it for myself...

I've never fallen ... I've never been hurt by any roller coaster...EVER.

Now...my son decides not to get on the roller coaster with his brother at all...standing on the ground with me watching his brother take the 5th, 6th and 7th ride...REGRETTING that he listened to me at all...but won't even mention it..out of FEAR that he might hurt my feelings or upset me...
I've KILLED an AWESOME experience with my FEAR FRENZY.


Instead of encouraging him BECAUSE I was afraid...
Instead of keeping my mouth closed all together and taking a chance at getting on with them and breaking my own Fear Frenzy chain.
Instead of celebrating their Bravery...FEARLESSNESS...Strength to Overcome.


I made them victim of my Fear Frenzy...therefore creating mental oppression chains that someone else will have to break later on...

THIS CANNOT CONTINUE Belovedz...

We MUST disconnect from the illusion of the Fear Frenzy and walk in the TRUTH that WE ARE DIVINE MANIFESTATIONS of The Universal Power Force...LIMITLESS...FEARLESS...BOUNDLESS...


We are TOO Great to be afraid.
We are TOO Strong to be afraid.
We are TOO Qualified to be afraid.
We are TOO Beautiful to be afraid.
We are TOO Worthy to be afraid.

But Sister Lyphe...my mother/father taught me fear was necessary.

Dear One...it's because someone Taught them fear and they Caught it...
Turning generations to unwarranted...unnecessary...FEAR FRENZY


We lose our self control when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We lose our balance when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We lose our PURPOSE POWER when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We lose touch with our Internal ISNESS when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We lose our ability to HEAR when The Universe is speaking to us when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We lose utility of our good Common Sense when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.
We induce imbalances within our brain when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.

We LOSE when we operate in FEAR FRENZY.

If we aren't half careful Dear Ones...FEAR FRENZY becomes a false god that operates on our behalf ...everything we do becomes unrecognizable to The Universal Power Force Source that created us...therefore we operate as incapable...disabled...until we shed that false reality of what the FEAR FRENZY speaks as false truth.

I made excuses...
I justified that I wasn't afraid...when internally I came to OVERstand the only thing operative on my SELF behalf was FEAR FRENZY...
I began to accept the lie that FEAR was real and reigned!...
I wasn't even calling fear by it's name!...I'm worried...concerned...anxious...
NO...I was AFRAID...I was too AFRAID to say AFRAID...WHAT?!?!?!

plain ole FEAR FRENZY!

What will they say about me if I live my BEST SELF Lyphe?
What will I do if others disapprove of who and WHOs I Am?
What if I shine too BRIGHT as I walk with the Light of  the Sun on my Back?
What if my WORTHY Walk strolls with a little more swag than my neighbors?
What if I cannot start this business?
What if I am not a good parent?
What if I cannot speak my truth and it be heard?


I can't...
I shouldn't...
I might not...
I wouldn't be successful...
I haven't received enough training...
I'm being selfish...
I'm not ready...
I'm not able to because...


Excuses ARE the FEAR FRENZY...
Excuses are the "fiend" for FEAR FRENZY because we're too afraid to break the nonrealistic chains...THE CHAINS DO NOT EXIST...

"Excuses" are tools of incompetency guys...just an FYI..never forget it.

SO Dear Ones...
It is TIME for us to release the false reality of FEAR...eliminate the FRENZY fear induces.
It is TIME to release excuses for inexcusable behavioral patterns and
REturn to our most natural SELF which was created in, nurtured in, fostered in the freedom of The Light of the Sun on our backs...
The LOVE & Light of The Universe under our feet...
The Essence of our Natural Mysticism guiding every part of our existence.
The Beauty of our PURPOSE...no matter what any one ever thinks...


Every one of us is entitled to our own opinion.
We also reserve the RIGHT to not allow any opinion...ideology...threat...to dampen us into Fear Frenzy.


WHATEVER you've set your heart...spirit...righteous mind to do
DO IT...
WHEREVER you've wanted to go
GET THERE...
WHENEVER you are set into motion
MOVE...


The only thing stopping us from acting within our GREATNESS...is us
Fear DOES NOT EXIST.

The Art of Tolerance

Namaste Dear Hearts,


*Honesty Zone*
I'm currently struggling with the state of our world as it is...
I'm perplexed with how out of balance we are...things are...yet this damning conduct is accepted!
I'm concerned with what our Seeds/Branches will become as a result of susceptibility to this deadly virus called our "condition".


What's become our internal condition...bleeding onto our external actions...
What's become the example for our physical condition...
What's become the neglected deformation called Mother Nature's condition...
What's unexplored and excused within our spiritual condition...
What's manifested as result of our human condition...



The only vaccination...inoculation...remedy...is to discontinue our exposure to today's "conditions" and ingest the necessary dosage of TOLERANCE rather than acceptance of what unfortunately is.



Tolerance is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the capacity to endure continued subjection to something, especially a drug, transplant, antigen, or environmental conditions, without adverse reaction.
Acceptance is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the action of consenting to receive or undertake something offered.




I'm expounding on tolerance rather than acceptance because one varies from the other to an extensive degree...


Accepting that daily we witness even play a part in... murder, slander, mischief, lies, deceit, disdain of one neighbor toward another, gluttony, selfishness...says "It's Okay"...
While Tolerance gives us a measure of "Enough is Enough" to feed off of...
My vaccine for nonsense so that my intellectual, spiritual, BEST SELF are not infected causing the death of my Internal ISness Regality that the Universal Power Force Source has gifted us ALL...

While exposed to the existing "condition" of my surroundings...I can choose to change...to encourage a certain measure of change...because I no longer accept this conduct as enough for my LOVE & Light Energy. My fighting off the infection of acceptance has allowed my healthy Tolerance to fight off...ward off...this nasty disease of the "energy scraps".



The Art of Tolerance means we have to use our good common sense instead of unwarranted opinions and misguided judgment conclusions...
The Art of Tolerance means we must not ingest malnourished truths for the sake of laziness and lackadaisical ideologies...
The Art of Tolerance means we have to take charge within the balances of truth and justice (which by the way...are not ours to determine beyond what we already know The Universal Power Source has taught us...Karma will do the real work.)
The Art of Tolerance means we DO NOT CONFORM for the sake of approval or fear of speaking against WRONG...
The Art of Tolerance means we only accept that we cannot change anyone but ourselves and need to do the internal work to be a change in the world around us.
The Art of Tolerance means rising to the occasion of our BEST SELF in order to cause a chain reaction of positivity.


Bottom line Dear One...we can no longer sit and participate in the destruction of the gifts we've been given by The Universe to accept the unacceptable.


I ONLY watch enough media to keep a pulse on my surroundings...I understand the fact that this white noise is not going anywhere because too many accept it for more than what it is...therefore I limit my SELF exposure to it...I exercise the Art of Tolerance...before it begins to effect my thoughts, emotions...I shut it down.


I ONLY eat my favorite dessert (CHEESECAKE) on occasions...
A social gathering, a secret pitty party, a "time of the month" craving!!!
But then I put it down for long durations of time, because of course...it isn't beneficial to the positive maintenance of my health...while I could make an excuse to eat it every day...accepting the health risks that could arise and taking the chance of falling prey to it...I exercise the Art of Tolerance to temptation...enough is enough...another opportunity will come along when having a piece will be okay...and I'll TAKE IT!!!


I ONLY engage with negativity for a short duration of time...my own internal negativity...another's untamed negativity...beyond the appointed time...
I accept that my internal struggle will pass, or hope for my neighbor that one day they will come to a positive conclusion on their own self induced chains...I exercise the Art of Tolerance accepting that feelings...emotions are fleeting...they come and go...they ebb and flow...therefore retreat to a happier place internally and/or exude a LOVE & Light Energy that my neighbor can catch and heal from.


We've got to learn to tolerate...as we cannot change it all...
We've also got to learn to reduce our acceptance intake...
It's killing us.
We MUST BEcome to be the CHANGE we want to see...
Increasing our Tolerance Levels...
The Art of Tolerance will change the "condition" of every thing...if we allow it.
