I wrestle with chemical imbalance...
Happily...I became my very own SHero...as I've learned how to cope and recognize and deal with the "gray daze"...
But they exist and are very real.


Sista Lyphe...why aren't you taking the meditation medicine you prescribe to others...


Well Dear Hearts...I do...and there are still times when I find myself in the hole of my emotions and thoughts...


But here's where EVERY THING starts to look brighter...


My chemical imbalance...my "Achilles Heel" so to speak...it's apart of my
LOVE & Light BALANCE journey.


We all have  a flaw...set back...pause button...that causes us to feel like we are at the end of a very short rope...


We all have days where we want to just throw the towel in or burn it in the driveway with everything else that was in sight!!


We all have moments in our Lyphe Time where we'd rather be in a grave than above ground...


Luckily...these feelings...these thoughts...are temporary...fleeting...yet also very HEALING...cleansing...purifying.


We cannot ride on a high horse all the time...this isn't reality.
Prosperity has a season
Joy has a season
Happiness has a season
Pain has a season
Trial has a season

Every season has a reason...but it also has a TURNING point...


The BALANCE our Universal Power Force provides is inclusive of every type of season...so that we may change...flourish...retreat...most of all GROW.


SO I (in my own gray daze) encourage us...you and me...to GROW.


Grow in our patience with ourselves through our processes.
Grow in our acceptance that our perfection lies in our imperfections.
Grow in our strength to look at our gray skies and smile because the Sun and very possibly a rainbow are on the horizon.
Grow in our encouragement of SELF and our neighbor...we don't always have to understand...to be present for our neighbor while navigating through.
Grow in our ability to keep a positive stash...so we can draw strength from the beauty we experienced in our better seasons as a reminder of tomorrow's inevitable promise.


We ARE perfectly BALANCED...Dear Ones...

Dear Ones...
Have you ever been tested?
Have you ever been tried?
Have you ever been under pressure?
Have you ever wanted to throw in the towel?
Have you ever wanted to scream at the top of your lungs..."What Am I Doing Wrong?"
Have you ever decided that it's best to just quit?
Have you ever allowed your mind to take you to a place of "out of control"?
Have you internalized everything until you were no longer recognizable to your SELF?




Of Course You Have Sweetz!!!....Because your are a human being!!!




There is no such thing as an "easy" life...meaning escape from the highs and lows of it...BUT...there IS a such thing as an "easy" life based on your perception of whatever the current tide brings.


As I've shared before...I "WAS"...notoriously known for being the "Eeyore" personality...never EVER all the way happy...content...joy filled...at peace.


Throughout my growth progressions...I taught myself to be "Half Full" rather than "Half Empty"...living in the gratitude of whatever the current Lyphe situation brought my way


I exercised myself into a toned and well built statue of peace and happiness and contentment and prosperity...


I worked on my SELF to break the chains that had been placed on me by myself not rising to the occasion of my SELF...




*Let's Consider*
In the King James Version of the Bible...
There is a book that fascinates me...
JOB.




Is the proper pronunciation of this book Job or job?!...




Seemingly this story is all about getting the lesson of Waiting...and Weighting...


What if...Our Eternal job...is to WAIT...while under the pressure of  the heavy WEIGHT?...


This book of Job allowed me to look into my own Lyphe and it's lesson scenarios...the wanting, the pain, the loss, the struggles, the fails...
Yet even when I wanted to give it all up...there was an internal WAIT going on that my WEIGHT could not really grasp...yet could not consume...


We all have seen days of desolation and despair...hurt and sorrow...
We've cried until a daybreak WAITING while the WEIGHT was bearably unbearable...


What if our Eternal job is to move in and out of real time and space...WAITING with the WEIGHT of  our individual worlds on our shoulders?


How can we be a LOVE & Light Energy Source had we not seen darkness?
How can we be a Hope to our neighbor lest we'd been hopeless?


Our lives are merely a TEST turned TESTIMONY for our neighbor...the pressure is not for us...it's for the usage of the Universal Power Source Force.


Our SHINE lies not in anything tangible...
Our SHINE is no small bit or piece...it's HUGE...
Our SHINE consists more so of our battle scars than our rank...
Our SHINE often rises out of the fire of refinement...
Our SHINE is blinding Beauty of our SELF experiences...


Our SHINE is able to light the entire world if we'd take more time to recognize the Light itself...accepting our existence was in existence before our conception...that we were created one by one...not just here...
No Thing...No One...is just here...


You are MADE to SHINE...
You are Fashioned for LOVE & Light Bearing


So get back to your JOB and WAIT ...even with all of the WEIGHT...it's all the undoubtable Art work of your Universal SHINE.


Take a deep breath...exhale the toxins...and ingest the restoration of your SELF SHINE...

The Pressure Purpose

Greetings Belovedz,


I have certainly missed our time together. Had to RE-center my SELF.




Purpose is defined by Merriam-Webster as: the reason why something is done or used: the aim or intention of something; the feeling of being determined to do or achieve something; the aim or goal of a person: what a person is trying to do, become, etc.




As we walk this road of life...on our pilgrim journey...it can get interesting to say the least!!!
As human beings, our frailties at times overtake us...causing us to adopt ideologies that are not aligned with our Purpose.


We convince and tell ourselves the total opposite of our Purpose truth.


Have you ever needed to do, become, explore something...and no matter how intense the feeling is...you talk your SELF into what does not drive you?


I just have to paint...but painting isn't my college major.
I just gotta get out on that Broadway stage one day...but that's too far fetched with my current situation
I must be my bravest SELF...but everyone sees me as afraid and I won't be heard or taken seriously.


Our PURPOSE drives in the right direction which usually looks (to the carnal eye) as the wrong direction.


Wrong because I'm not "enough" to obtain it...maintain it...become it...




Dear One I'm here to tell you...Yes You Are...




You are not just enough...you are MORE than enough because you've been fashioned with PURPOSE


You are not just capable...you are MORE than capable because you were created with PURPOSE


You are not just mighty...you are MORE mighty than you can imagine because you have PURPOSE


There is nothing in the way of you picking up your Best SELF and moving in your PURPOSE.


If you want to dance...DANCE
If you want to sing...SING
If you want to lead...LEAD
If you want to love...LOVE


The only weight we carry is the weight of our Denial of SELF and our PURPOSE...
