Affirmation of Healing

There are pieces of my SELF that are broken...
There are pieces of my Lyphe that I wish were different...
There are pieces of my Heart that have been shattered...
There are pieces of my Mind that have been tampered with...


But today...


Within the only seconds, minutes, hours I have left...
I ACCEPT my journey with Strength, Peace, Gratitude and LOVE.


That which has not killed me...
Has only made me Stronger.


That which has not devoured me...
Has only made me More.


More receptive
More accepting
More loving
More kind
More giving
More willing


My pain experiences have expanded my LOVE episodes...
Pain is NOT my enemy...but the necessary tool to overcome...


Because of the Lyphe processes considered to be "negative"...
I am a "positively" charged LOVE and Light Energy being.


I will use my Positively Energized LOVE and Light to impact the space around me...
I give myself and my experience as a living sacrifice to uphold my neighbor...from their darkness into a LOVE and Light energy place...


I will not get caught up in the darkness...
I will only use the darkness as a ladder to the LIGHT.


I am not a victim to my Lyphez pains...
I am a conqueror because I've pressed on through them...


Healing is a process...so just LET it progress.

Accepting Our POWER with Grace

Greetings and Grace Beloveds,




Food for thought...a lion...does not conduct the business of ferocity based on information someone told the lion about itself...the lion's ferocity comes from the nature of the lions natural power...


We...no...I...and then we...
go about life as if I/we need someone/thing to remind me/us of everything...
My internal and external beauty
Our intelligence
My success
Our failures
My strengths
Our weaknesses...
My pitfalls...
Our triumphs...


We already know these things for the most part...the reality is we conduct our life business as if because no one brings certain things to our attention that we are unaware...instead of having an innate sense of SELF and livimg like we know our SELF.


Truth is Dear Ones...
We...you AND I...are the most POWERFUL beings in this universe...
The Universal Energy Force created you and I to be the "rulers" of the Earth's Atmosphere...


So what are we waiting for?...Why do we need confirmation of what already exists?... Why don't we just live the business of our POWER?


If we are of minds SO POWERFUL... that we can will into existence just by our thought(s)...?!?!?!?!!!!!!  WHAT?!?!?! ...now THAT is POWER
If we can declare it to the Universe without realizing or controlling it...and the Universal Energy Source manifests it......why don't we just walk in this magnificent and beautiful gift called POWER...?




POWER does not mean bully...lions by nature must hunt to survive...they aren't mean


POWER does not mean intimidate from a seat of negativity...lions do not exist in hostility...but there is an Alpha Power Cycle that must reset itself throughout time..


POWER does not mean oppression...lions set sight on a single target and take IT down...not the entire corral


POWER does not mean dictation...lions only take what is necessary for survival....they leave the rest of nature to itself.




If we ALL possess POWER...there is no need to have a big "I" and a little "U"...it means that collectively...when we walk confidently and gracefully in our individual POWER...we then enhance and embrace and nourish the inner POWER of our neighbor as well.


POWER is not a competition...it's a complimentary accessory...
My Power in direct contact with your Power creates a greater Power (if used properly)...an infectious Power...an infinite Power...


We are individual POWER Houses!!!
Don't wait to hear it with your ears from another...listen to it speaking from within and pick it up...PUT IT ON...


Adorned in Power WITH Grace you can achieve, obtain, establish anything your POWER has already set it's mind to...


Secret Truth...if we allow it...our POWER will drive us rather than we drive it.

Today...


I Am standing on a foundation greater than I.


I walk strong in the knowing of Whos I am.


I humbly kneel in gratitude for Why I am.






It is only because of The Universal Energy...I am ready and able to continue...






I Am more powerful than I realize.


I Am greater than I give myself credit for being.


I Am a beneficial portion of The Atmosphere Tapestry.




Whatever happens...I know The Universe has GOT Me...




Our actual time and space are spiraling faster toward the inevitable grave...
We do not have time...We cannot make time...We cannot alter time...


So in the right now...right here...make NOW count...as if we have no tomorrow.

Exercising LOVE and Light energies within for the without
Asking ourselves the questions that should challenge our complacency
Fulfillment of our Great I Am ness...




Now...I'm adding another Strength piece to our puzzle...




The Impact of our Speech....The absolute power wrapped up in our words...


This "Power House Source" within our existence is another Phenomena...


One of my most immediate cousins (more like brother) has told me...reminded me from a very young age..."Lyphe...your words are powerful because The Universe is listening...be careful of what you say...be careful of what you ask for...because The Universe is listening."


As a child...I didn't understand why THEE UNIVERSE was "ear hustling" every word I was saying anyway...why would The Universe care about the words I had to say...so in other words..."yeah right...okay...sure...thanks?!?"

I did not challenge it...I just stuck the information in the memory bank not really expecting it to be withdrawn...


By nature...I consider myself an "internal" pessimist...weird right?!?!!!!


I can give everyone...everything my support and not even consider myself a positive addition to The Atmosphere.


I can't read (was on a 5th grade reading level in 9th grade...#thankyouWendyA)
I can't write (obviously an ABSURD lie...offense to my Brilliance brand...says self published author)
I can't sing (wwweeeeellllll....maybe just a little...but that's all...!!!!)
I can't inspire
I can't encourage
I can't support others the way I've been supported
I'm not built that strong (Oh Em Gee Guys...if I were any STRONGER...I'd be an damn ox)
I'm not a public speaker
I don't have the educational background
I'm not
I can't
I shouldn't
I couldn't
Blah...Blah...Blah...Blah...Blah




Then during yet another pitty party...the memory bank automatically withdrew my cousin's reminder..."The Universe Is Listening"...


Well Dang!!!...all this time I'd been saying ALL the wrong things and NOT ONLY did  I get the slap in the Lyphe result...but everywhere I put the wrong speech...I damaged my progression.


As a woman
As a mother
As a spouse
As a child
As a friend
As an employee
As a spiritual temple


Everywhere I'd said "Nasty" things to The Universe about It's creation of Lyphe...I paid a price for offending The Great Atmosphere...polluting the "Heir Conditioning" that was underway with actual lies of illusion...


So I tried it Guys...


I said I CAN learn to read (I do well...and how I LOVE it)
I AM a positive addition to The Great Atmosphere
I WILL make my voice heard
I AM WORTHY
I AM PRECIOUS
I AM a Wonder of Creation
I WILL give my Better and Best self


What I released as my thought process...through my lips into the air...returned a direct reflection of my utterance...


It was an epiphany I'll NEVER forget...nor abuse EVER again...


The Creation Power Source is watching...waiting...LISTENING...to what we consider valuable about/within our existence...we are woven into The Universe...we are individual patches in the tapestry of eternal existence...


What we radiate...is what drives our Shine...is what impacts the tapestry


IF we radiate negativity and pessimism and destruction...we'll be dim... we will  flicker...sometimes go out...
IF we radiate inner positivity and peace and LOVE...we'll ILLLUMINATE any space we enter...whether we notice it or not (done properly...you won't notice!!!)


Now don't be fooled...you don't have to say it from your mouth for your energy to be heard by The Universe...our words just quicken the forces...




Be Empowered with Good Speech (which really means good thoughts)...
you impact the every thing around you. (I meant it how it's written)
You are the most important and necessary piece in The Universal tapestry...tap into SELF with Gratitude, Grace and Great Speech...


Speak LOVE and Light with authority...then watch what it yields.


I LOVE you... YOU MUST LOVE you MOST.

Today... is the best day I've ever had...because it's the only day I have.


Today...is the realm in which I can thrive and become something Phenomenal.

Today...is where I can meet balance within.


Today...is the access point to Greater Greatness.

The Practice of Patience...

Greetings Loved Ones,

Okay...today's "Chop It Up" comes directly from the core of my "Self Place"...

*Honest Zone*

I am a mother of 3 beautiful, brilliant, loving children...and on EVERY day ending with the letter Y...I am charged with exuding PATIENCE...

It's a rough gig...I promise!!!

One thing about being an involved, hands-on mother is...much of my time is spent training, coaching, rearing, guiding, engaging my 3 "Branches".

They require MUCH attention...as any child would...MOST of the in-depth saturated time is spent...breathing and asking The Universal Source for strength and PATIENCE...#thestruggleisREALyall!!!!

My children while the "so called" students...most certainly are my teachers.

The patience I feed into their individual lives...am I giving myself?

The patience I find to make my way through whatever situations the "Branches" face...do I give this same grace to myself?

The honest answer is NO...

While I exude patience...I also lack room for Lyphez need for patience with her SELF.

When we've worked hard at our places of employment with no positive or visible flexibility in our financial return...

"I do my BEST at what I do daily...I'll be patient."

When we've made all of the best decisions regarding our lives and things still haven't turned out the way we hoped, envisioned, wanted...

"I've done my BEST to do right...I'll be patient."

When we give of ourselves until we have hardly any left and we take a break from being the world's All in All but feel guilty 

(because we've been mentally conditioned)...

"I've given all of me and cannot give any more until I reset...replenish...renew my self...I must be patient."

PATIENCE is giving ourselves the needed room to expand...retract...lengthen...shorten...every aspect of ourselves...

Lyphe Flexibility.

We cannot always be everywhere all the time

We cannot always fix everything and everyone all the time

We cannot drain ourselves of ourselves and expect those we love to get the 

BEST Self we have to offer

We cannot make excuses for why we neglect loving and nurturing and caring for SELF.

We've got to take the Growth Process one step at a time...one breath at a time...one task at a time...

As long as we keep reaching up...we allow Patience to become apart of our living growth process.

Each life process requires us to encourage ourselves with LOVE and Patience...just like we do with those beautiful "Branches" or "Seeds" we call children.

I am my BEST self and the epitome of my Self today... I cannot be any more than I am right now and it's OKAY in this moment...

"It's OKAY"...is the Practice of Patience

I like to call The Practice of Patience...my "Job Wait Ability"...he had everything and he then lost everything and then regained everything...

Hhhmmm?!?!!!....

*Disclaimer*

Using patience as an excuse to become or remain stagnant is NOT what I'm speaking on today.

The Practice of Patience I'm driving home is within the WORK you're doing to BEcome the BEST you ever. NO excuses fit into these levels of growth.

The work is HARD

The challenges we face are seemingly regular occurrences

The time we have to get the work done is short

The means are slim

The mountain is treacherous

The valley is uncomfortably low

The pressure is painful

But I'm doing my BEST with the me I am today...looking for an even better me of the future...I'm OKAY...I'll be patient with myself and The Universal Source which has EVERY THING in and of my Lyphe under total control.

Go KISS yourself.

The Pathway to Healing

Sometimes I can be really "OPEN".

I've learned  throughout my time on Earth that silence was a destruct process within my Lyphe.

Silence hurt

Silence harbored

Silence formed non-realistic ideologies that could have been "fixed" had I opened my mouth...

Silence in so many different ways...shapes...forms...

Hurt my Lyphe

Silence suppressed all of the things I should have been allowing Lyphe to let go of.

Silence drove me into corners I'd created and didn't realize it.

Silence oppressed my Inner Divinity by breaking me with pressure.

Silence...Hurt my Lyphe

So Dear Ones...I opened my mouth WIDE and let it ALL out.

The first time I released my thought...my feeling...my stance verbally...there was no turning back.

I felt relief from the pressure. I felt FREE. I felt a mending process begin.

I became SO vocal (sorry Loved Ones...hehehehe!!!)...I ran my mouth like a faucet!!!!

Sis. Lyphe...why you talking your Lyphe business everywhere?!?...

I asked myself this a few times too...until I understood...

The Pathway to Healing was to share my struggle, my pain, my mistakes, 

my journey, my lessons...to HELP someone else...

We talked about that Pay It Forward policy...

SHARING...in whatever form it comes...or in this case comes out...is the gift.

If I'd never said I was a child victim of molestation...how would another victim begin The Pathway of Healing

If I'd never said I suffered with suicide and chemical imbalance...how could I encourage another FIGHTER to continue fighting...  

;Our Story Isn't Over Yet;

If I'd never opened the notebooks and began writing... on the candy wrappers...on the walls...on my hands...on my clothes...on the imaginary tablet in the air...in every journal ever gifted to me...then my poetry wouldn't live and my fellowman's voice (too shy to yet speak) would be sunken into an even deeper silence.

The Universal Power Source puts us through trial after test after stress after worry after care after trauma after fear factor after pain after grief after loss...

Why? So that we can OPEN OUR LIVES up to each other and SHARE our "You're NOT Alone" stories...

Ssssooooo...that's what I started doing... SHARING...Paying It Forward...Being open because of The Universal Gifts through Lyphe Lessons...

Now it's your chance...open up in some way and begin The Pathway to Healing for SELF and someone else...that's what your Lyphe is ALL about...

The PHENOMENA of Love

Dear Ones...

There is NO THING in this world as brilliant, majestic, beautiful, precious, beneficial, PHEMONENAL as The Art of LOVE...

LOVE is indeed an art expression...

LOVE has so many different variants and uses and variables and qualities...it's an actual PHENOMENA.

Love (the word) has been mistreated and abused and muddied...

Lucky for us...LOVE is felt...heard only by the heart, the soul, the Inner Self... and not by the ears.

LOVE is a gift given to us first by The Universal Energy BEFORE our conception...Yeah Guys...

We were a Universal Process prior to our carnal conception...

We were LOVED by The Universal Force before our parents even knew each other!

LOVE is too the first thing we NEEDED in order to survive...even at birth...studies have been conducted and shown with newborn infants...how different the child's natural response to general existence is with and without LOVE... the baby that lacks love...could die.

We ALL need LOVE because we are created from a LOVE place....

the AGAPE Power.

And why wouldn't we be deserving of this PHENOMENA as we are created WORTHY...

The LIGHT within us is from the Universal Energy LOVE Source... LOVE is nothing more than the I AM within our individual I am...

We shine, we glow, we thrive, we positively impact, we change, we create, we give life, we flourish...with LOVE... (it's kinda all we know!!)

There are so many ways LOVE is exchanged...it's almost krazy!!!

LOVE is tolerance

LOVE is kindness

LOVE is sometimes silence

LOVE is patience

LOVE is sometimes NOT engaging

LOVE is tender

LOVE is strong

LOVE has it's own discipline

LOVE comes from a place we CANNOT control

LOVE is meaningful

LOVE is wise

LOVE is giving

LOVE is sometimes withholding

LOVE is easy

LOVE is sometimes very intense (not a physically passionate place)

LOVE is sensing

LOVE is benevolent

LOVE is charitable

LOVE is emotional

LOVE is intelligent

LOVE is sometimes a pain filled process

LOVE ENDURES

LOVE heals

And the list of LOVE goes on and on and on and on because 

LOVE is a PHENOMENA...

YOU...Beloved are a PHENOMENA because you are created in the Brilliant Beauty of LOVE...

It makes the world around you keep going round and round.

Stay on the wheel of LOVE...

Sow LOVE...Reap LOVE...Share the LOVE that is you with Creation...Feed yourself and others the nourishment of LOVE

I do love you... I want you to fall in LOVE with Loving YOU most.

I've wasted TOO MUCH precious time...living (as my mother says) looking in the rear view mirror...

I've wasted TOO MUCH precious time...trying to preempt the unknowns of the future...

The reality is Beloveds....

We Don't Have Either...

I have nothing of yesterday but a memory and I will have nothing of tomorrow but a wish or wonder...

What I DO have...is RIGHT NOW...I have this moment that I'm in...on this date...at this time...for this purpose...

Today is the most beautiful realm of existence I got!

Today allows me to bathe myself in the wisdom lessons...to create a BEAUTIFUL current event process.

Today gives me the opportunity to generate a better SENSE of Self...

Today offers me an chance to get things right...

What do you mean by "Right" Sis. Lyphe?

I mean fix the today's "I Wish" moments of yesterday.

I mean alter the "I'll Wait' moments for tomorrow.

Today grants the gift of RIGHT NOW...

Why wish when I can actualize

Why wait when I have today

This blog is an actualization of growing into "The Present Gift" of my Lyphe.

It took 7 years to complete my first poetry anthology from start to finish...

Perhaps...if I'd given more time to "Lyphe in Words, Vol.1"...in the NOW realm...7 years later there would have been more in motion...

I am here...and the dedication I give to this blog...is the dedication I give to the Universe, to myself and to mankind...

Being in the NOW is my Gift to the Present from the Gift of the Present...
