As always…it’s more than a humble honor and privilege to serve with and for our highest elevation.

Ey3 manifest…all be well within your wellness.

Beloved Ones…

As we grow and change and elevate and evolve…

There’s much about the process that can feel like a thorn in the side…

Kinda like aging!!!

New aches and challenges each day…but no matter the feeling 

we must continue the path.

Within these growing pains…we experience challenges that can present like 

500 pound weights in the center of our chests.

So it is with the growth of our SELF Spirit.

The SELF Spirit work is more than we even think we bargained for!!!

While taking on the weight challenges…we can experience heavy doses of doubt and worry and fear and stagnation and opposition and anxiety and and and and…you name it!

It’s alright Beloved One…it comes with the territory.

You know what else comes with the territory? 

The absolute requirement from our Universal  Power Source Force to…

RELEASE.

Release is defined by Merriam-Webster as:

To set free from restraint, confinement, or servitude

To relieve from something that confines, burdens, or oppresses

To give up in favor of another: RELINQUISH

In layman terms…LET THAT ISH GO!…

When we’re on our SELF LOVE of SPIRIT journey

We’ve got to keep it real with our higher SELF…

We’ve got to keep it “One Hundred”…

We’ve got to make no mistake about true reality…

We’ve got to stay true to our realizations…

We’ve got to hone in on the necessity of RELEASE…

My true nemesis is overthinking.

My Achilles Heal is having a mind filled to capacity with thoughts that aren’t always required.

As a meditation practitioner and teacher…

Ey3 know how to still myself…my running thoughts…my basket of unknown turned anxious over thought.

So BeautyFull Ones…I was forced to become acquainted with 

The Art of Release.

Ey3 was forced into the acknowledgement that everything our Creator Source has ordained is absolutely NONE OF MY BUSINESS!!

Ey3 had to accept what I cannot intentionally consciously change…

Is out of my hands in totality.

When we remove our insertion in the work of The Divine One…

When we release the grip of control over things we are powerless over…

When we accept that sometimes we need to just sit still…

Wait Sista Lyphe…

What you mean sit still?!?!…

Ey3 mean…in the presence of The Universal Power Source Force…

Be STILL….KNOW…RELEASE

RELEASE every care…

RELEASE every worry…

RELEASE every blockage…

RELEASE every thought/emotion of lack…

RELEASE what you don’t overstand…

RELEASE what your cannot control…

RELEASE the need to “fix it”…

RELEASE the idea of “not enough”…

RELEASE the pressure of disappointment…

RELEASE the need to explain your SELF…

RELEASE the false ideology of fear…

Sweet Spirits…Just RELEASE

When we detach from worldly upheaval…

You RELEASE into inner peace.

There is no course syllabus or tutoring mentors available for life…

There is no visible map of expectations…

What is real BeutyFull Ones is the power within to

RELEASE.

What is consistent and readily available is the opportunity to let it go.

Where ever we hold on to anything past the expiration date…

The thought…feeling…intention…situation…job…relationship…

We cause an adverse reaction to our inner SELF system.

We tax our BEST SELF work with unnecessary weight.

We offend our Universal Power Source Force when we on’t exercises 

The Art of Release…

When we are unable to let go…

We’re unable to fully master our lessons..

And we most certainly delay our bountiful blesssings.

As we sit in concert with Aligned Time and Space…

Let us master RELEASE.

Truth is Sweet Spirit…

It’s yours to be concerned about anyway!…

Nothing and no one manages the world like our Great Creator Source…

The Great Architect
