Whether you sign up for the job or not...seemingly you are ALWAYS

The same one to do everything all the time...

I am constantly frustrated due to the fatigue of being everybody's "Everything".

How I got to be this...I wouldn't dare say "I don't know"...because I do.

Ey3 know that all too often I take care of SELF in last place while all others with insignificant banters...selfish agendas...unaware egos...toxic takings...

are basically serving mess on a platter because I have ALLOWED IT. 

I have allowed others to compromise my time...

I have allowed others to invade my space...

I have allowed others to place me on their selfish agendas...

I have allowed my SELF to be the sounding board for toxic speech...

I have allowed my SELF to be arrested by another's justified misconducts...

I have...you have...we have...

But where...when...is "The Limit"?

The Limit begins right here...RIGHT NOW!!! 

As we've discussed in previous engagements...

"The Limit" begins with "The Necessary NO!"

Not speaking "no" more frequently to others initially...but to our SELF first.

*Honest Zone*

My heart is too open...too nice...therefore often suffers blunt force trauma...

Not because I am not teaching others how to treat me...but because I do not dedicate my SELF to "The Necessary No".

Ey3 have to constantly check my SELF in the midst of a silent hissy fit...because whatever...whomever...I am fussing about/with...

I HAVE GIVEN THEIR BEHAVIOR PERMISSION to continue.

Then on the back end...the only one bothered is my SELF...

they/it has satisfaction.

So how do we change this habit Sista Lyphe?

We begin with slowing ourselves down...

Start planning...preparing...positioning for our SELF first...then all that does not fit into the existing/upcoming arena...cannot enter.

I cannot be upset when I abide by my boundaries.

I cannot be bothered when I make a SELF decision and stick to it.

I cannot be pressured if I'm the only one included in my intentions.

Does this mean shut the world out forever? 

Yes and No Beautiful One...

Yes - so that we can commit ourselves to the BEST SELF work needed...any time of day or night...no matter the sacrifice/cost.

No - because not every situation requires "shut down" some just need a loving NO!

That's all Hunny Pots...NO...

Selfishness and childlike minds will attempt manipulation and guilt trips...and that's okay...because our "NO" game is Teflon STRONG Hunny!!!!

NO...is a single word sentence.

NO...requires no explanation.

NO...excepts no rebuttal.

NO...is not a segway for debate.

NO MEANS NO. PERIOD. 

Instead of trying to get others to understand...let us speak to SELF regularly...

As we enter different phases and stages of life...we must take moments to participate in the absolution of our past lower vibrating selves.

Releasing mistakes...misguidance...misunderstanding...mistreatment...mistrust...

miscalculation...misery... 

Ey3 have found that in celebrating the SELF Lyphe of today...it comes with the clearing of those things Ey3 have shed and left behind...that no longer serve the PURPOSE FILLED  LOVE & Light Progression. 

Boundaries with ALL...protects my peace.

Allowance of fluid positive speech and intentions...protects my light.

Agreement with the motion of the universe...provides opportunities to be present and active within the 

Sacred Tapestry.

Acceptance of my TRUTH...is my power source.

Appreciation for EVERY THING...gifts me courtship with grace and mercy.

Awareness of SELF...offers daily walks and talks with The Universal Power Source Force through Mother Earth's corridors.

Looking over this blog platform has even presented opportunity to behold my  growth and change. Ey3 and not the same Lyphe I once was...and it is marvelous in my Ey3.

But STILL...there are the small smoldering fires that we must  put out on a regular basis...

Severing toxic emotional chains and cords...A MUST.

Teaching ourselves how to treat our BEST SELF then translating these instructions to everyone around us...A MUST.

Ceasing to speak the abusive language of "NOT TRUTHS" to our SELF...

A MUST.

Being willing to do the tough and ugly work of our shadow places...A MUST.

Bearing witness to the beauty...wonder...majesty of our operative BEST SELF...A MUST.

Preparing SELF in totality...not for survival...but for the DRIVING THRIVE...

A MUST.
