Even in the midst of what looked like thick darkness over the past 2-3 months...there was still the LOVE & Light of The Universal Power Source Force.

For most of my Lyphe...I've struggled with existing...with being...with seeing my SELF, and paid a terrible price for my lack of sight.

I struggled because Ey3 was not allowed to be utilized...

I struggled because Ey3 was not given proper attention...

I struggled because Ey3 could not focus in the midst of my weaknesses...

I struggled because Ey3 was not nurtured and fortified...

Therefore Ey3 could not dream...

Sista Lyphe…what is this Ey3 and what dream you talking about?!?!…

I'm talking about the internal vision of the Great Ey3 Am WITHIN...

I'm talking about the dance of SPIRIT that happens between us and The Universal Power Source Force...

I'm talking about the clarity of our TRUE SELF existence...

The past month or so has been a challenge for sure...

Accepting that my Best SELF energy reservoir has been low...

I decided to retreat into SELF for care and healing...

Over the past couple of years I have discovered and acknowledged the internal me known as an Empath.

She's always been there...she had to get through some Lyphe experiences in order to rise to the occasion. 

I not only "feel" my own emotional waves...but the waves of the human siblings around me... There's a tremendous amount of pain in the world today...so much so that it can no longer go ignored...it can envelop unannounced and unseen..these real "feelings" are certainly felt.

In respecting my need to retreat...

To cry...

To not understand...

To be misunderstood...

To be angry...

To exercise the idea of fear...

To respect the unknown....

To LAUGH...

To be stilled into calm.

To remember the BEST SELF process has its peaks and valleys...

To commune with The Universal Power Source Force...

To listen..hear...as the universe speaks...

To separate for the greater good of my Best SELF...

To harness my LOVE & Light energy...gifting it back to my SELF as well as the world around me.

It's a JOURNEY!

This particular set aside time brought more gifts than pain...

Ey3 have come to accept and understand that Ey3 am apart of an intelligence source connection network.

Ey3 am connected...

To the trees.

To the wind.

To the rain.

To the sunshine.

To the butterfly.

To you.

There is no distance between my SELF and the gifts of the universe.

There is no obstacle course that the Master Architect of the cosmos has not completed to the finish line for me.

There is no situation outside of my living experience...

Ey3 saw my SELF in ALL...and ALL in my SELF.

Ey3 engaged  with my connective energy to get clarity...

Declaring ALL is well within...therefore ALL is well without.

Ey3 surrendered with strength all things beyond my control...

Ey3 honored the ALL entity that operates for me as well as with me...

As I begin to reemerge from the silent healing session...

Ey3 HONOR the epiphany moments.

The "Ah Ha" moments.

The moments I can feel my breath reaching deep within for the eternal air she needs.

The moments I can see my human experience as something greater than myself... creating an extension cord into the beautiful world around me.

The moments in which I can find my "patch" in the eternal quilt of LOVE & Light...

The moments to hold my SELF tightly and reassure Lyphe that EVERYTHING is going to be....already is ALRIGHT...

Deep meditation. 

Centered intense silence.

Immense GRATITUDE.

Power filled authority activity within my Best SELF.

Fortified pathway vision toward greater todays and tomorrows...

It's ALL an HONOR.

Just to behold the shifts and growth.

Just to be present in the MOMENT events.

Just to be fortunate enough to desire seeking greater LOVE & Light...in the midst of what looks like darkness.

Our WELL Being is based on an internal decision to be "OKAY".

When we speak internal peace and high vibrating thoughts.

When we activate the truths that are the assisting agents in our stability.

When we can clearly identify where we are at any given moment...recognizing our human design...honoring that we won't always  get it done or right the first time...

When we make our SELF a committee of one to be totally responsible for being WELL...

We can change the course of our journey.

Kinda like when we eat good things...we feel good.

Or when we exercise and willingly accept the benefits.

We are catering to our WELL Being SELF.

I often find that through meditation and silence and focusing my energy on The Universal Power Source Force...it increases the feeling of being WELL.

We have a responsibility to our spiritual...metaphysical health.

Our "Inner Man" WELL Being is the catalyst that drives us.

It leads our life course and directs our ordered steps on the path they've been set.

Allowing your SELF to be still...

Allowing your SELF to be connected...

Allowing your SELF to be undistributed...unbothered...

Allowing your SELF to be free of surface restraints...

Allowing your SELF to be engaged with the Universe and the souls around you...

Allowing your SELF to be driven toward spiritual success...

When we are fully operative from our most WELL SELF Being...

Our smile...

Our hopes and well wishes for our human siblings...

So...when you're feeling drained...tired...distracted...unnerved...anxious...upside down...

Return to the internal work of WELL Being.

When your WELL Being SELF is healthy and stable...

You become the explosive fireworks of LOVE & Light that you were intended to be.

Over the past several  months...it's been difficult to keep my SELF in balance...

The "EveryWhereNess" of uncertainty has been quite distracting...and alarming.

There are times when I feel like being on "stay-in-place" orders was the best thing that could have happened to me...my family..my work mind...my business Lyphe...my meditation dedication...my overall health and wellness...

Then...there are times when I feel like perhaps I'm spinning out of control and I'm the only one who knows it...anxious...concern for basic survival needs...will they run out...if so when...how do I plan...how do I reassure my SELF...how do I know everything is going to be alright?... Truth is...I don't...

Yet...here is what EY3 DO Know...

My branches (children) are sustained and well cared for...my mother is maintaining good health and strength...I am able to provide for the children, mommy as well as myself...none of us have gone a day "wanting"...sick...operative from a place of desperation...

The Universal Power Source Force has sent angel after angel...guide after guide...gift after gift...reminder upon reminder...that the LOVE provided is to be the PEACE to my SELF even if she's in pieces...

Dear Ones...

There is nothing we can do to control anything going on around us...outside the best we can do.

The best we can do with what we currently have...be it materially...emotionally...spiritually...socially...

There's so much going on...it can feel like we're being tossed in the winds of life...it can feel like a HURRICANE.

Pandemics...Racial Warfare...Political Blasphemy...Social Choke-Holds...Illness in mind body and soul....

So let's hear the conclusion of the WHOLE Matter...shall we...

Obtain...Maintain...Take Hold...and NEVER LET GO...of your PEACE.

Seek the existence of your SELF PEACE...

Entangle your SELF in your PEACE...

Engulf your SELF in your PEACE...
