Within my growth progression...inside the realm of daily ATONEMENT....or "At One Ment" with The Universal Power Source...




I've come to learn...acknowledge...and accept...that I am only human.


I make mistakes
I have flaws
I have subscribed to both positivity and negativity
I have been hurt
I have hurt others
I have said and done things against the grain of my Higher SELF
I have been forced to engage with my own Karmatic Climaxes
I have been product of my own self doubts...pity parties...fears
I have been the unworthy judgement bar
I have been judged
I have received the brunt of another's undoness
I have subjected my neighbor to my undoness




But today Universal Parent...
I stand tall on your constant LOVE & Light
I have retained and flourished from my lessons
I have done my best to assist my neighbor along the way
I have learned forgiveness
I am the benefactor of peace
I am the heir to the LOVE abundance
I am ready to serve mankind...because I have The Universal Energy to guide me...to enhance me...make me better than I've ever been...




Continue to rear me in the way of RIGHT
Continue to navigate and order my steps in the way of LOVE and LIGHT
Continue to gift me with The Presence within my atmosphere
Continue to purge me as needed...and keep me from returning to any darkness
Continue to uphold me...fortifying my with strength...to walk according to my predetermined creation
Continue to share the fruits of spirituality so that I can ascend and descend from within the realms of my Higher SELF...flowing constant pure LOVE & Light energy from The Universal Power within back up into the atmosphere of everywhere without.
Continue to teach me...reach me...


That I may constantly evolve upward...and reflect the majesty...the sovereignty of The Universal Power Source...until my clay returns to the dust of it's origin...and I am begun once again.




When I am calm...I am at peace...
When I am at peace...I am my best SELF
When I am my best SELF...I am LOVE & Light
When I am LOVE & Light...I am direct reflection of The Universal Power

Merriam-Webster in one way defines Harmony as: An interweaving of different accounts into a single narrative.

Let's Walk...

Whether our lives are totally "together" (I have YET to experience this!!!) or totally "undone" (it's not as bad as it sounds)...whichever side is operative at this very moment...is for the sake of internal Harmony.

When we can look over the course of our today and see that there's still a reason for gratitude...a reason to sing...dance...give thanks...no matter the tide...we are in acceptance of the Harmony Hymn.

There is not nor has there ever been a human being in an existence without a peak AND valley position within their lives...

When we ask...Why Me?...it's okay

When we cry...No More!...it's okay

When we stand in...Greatness...it's okay

When that same...I Messed Up occurs...it's okay

When lost and cannot find our way...it's okay

When every attempt to succeed throws us back 70 feet...it's okay

When "loved ones" forsake us...it's okay

When all is a thankless pursuit...it's okay

When we are so successful we can hardly stand it...it's okay

When there's a drought within...it's okay

When there's no road map...turn signal...stop sign...yield...it's okay

When we have acquired ALL we've ever dreamed of...and that void is still present...it's okay

Some posts ago...we dialogued about the singularity of Joy & Pain

Well...the ACCEPTANCE of the "whatever my lot" experiences that will NEVER stop happening...IS our Harmony Hymn

Our Harmony Hymn is The Universal Power Source's gift to our spirit.

No matter where you live...where you come from...what continent you began on...what your language of origin is...what your religious practices are...what drives you...

The Universe gave us a Hymn to bind us all together...

Music is the universal language...the spirit and soul's healing reservoir...

When we hear music...we immediately allow it to take us away...

Our internal Harmony Hymn is the song of reassurance...acceptance...allowance...acknowledgement...healing...FORGIVENESS of SELF

Our Harmony Hymn is our "FIX IT" station...whenever we lose ourselves in the Hymn of our Harmony or acceptance...we can dance our lives straight into The Universal Gift BLISS...

Not the mundane or material type...but the "Upper Echelon" of our higher SELF consciousness...

Belovedz...I've MISSED You...

"Da Block" (writer's block) is absolutely nothing to contend with!!!


Yet...we are here together again...wiser...stronger...driven wonders of The Universal Phenomena.


So today...because I've been on "Da Block"...I want to exercise the LIGHT that this writer's "darkness"  brings...


I'm so excited to be back in your midst...I could SHOUT...contained within this context...are my highest Positive LOVE & LIGHT frequencies...just for you!!!


When we are strategically and purposefully placed on "Da Block" of our lives...however it may manifest itself...we are there for a purpose of growth.


When I cannot write...I paint...I meditate deeper...I sleep more often...I access and spend extended periods of time with loved ones...I read...I exercise...I do hair...I prepare myself for going into radio...I watch nonsense television...I LAUGH...I cry...I often retreat from everything...


When I'm "Blocked"...I have an intense need to "FEEL" like I should be writing...but it's just a feeling.


But Dear Ones...if I kept my hands to the keyboard...or pen to journal...without ever receiving the GIFT of "Da Block"... the "REST Stop"... our discussions overall would be watered down...only half way there...


I must EXPERIENCE...WITNESS...ENGAGE...MINGLE...realistically LIVE  within my LYPHE...so that in time...we can move forward and grow together...


"Da Block"...is the reset button...that helps keep redundancy down
"Da Block"...is the unspoken internal expression of a need to shift
"Da Block"...is a representative of its own self...so that my creativity flourishes
"Da Block"...is not my enemy...no matter how frustrating it is
"Da Block"...is revealed through time as my spiritual, mental, emotional "security guard"
"Da Block"...ushers access into The Universal Wavelength when She speaks
"Da Block"...affords another opportunity to have the irreplaceable "MOMENTS" in Lyphe
"Da Block"...allows me to regain a Lyphe Consciousness...who Lyphe is at that very moment...get to know her...give gratitude and thanksgiving for all that Lyphe is and will BEcome
"Da Block"...is that darkened deep in which my Lyphe diamonds are   created into flawless stones of strength...beauty...LOVE & LIGHT
"Da Block"...is sometimes the health center...care cohort...rest restoration site




"Da Block"...IS my Universal Power cord...where I can reach deeper into myself...into my spiritual plateau...into my center soul...into my higher existence...


It's where I reach in...stretch out...shed...regenerate...exist on a naturally increased frequency...so that I can LIGHT up the lives of my neighbors...


We are here for a purpose higher than ourselves...
We are here as servants to The Universal Power Source...
We are here on "Da Block" so that no thing and no one...can block our GIFT or Purpose.


I LOVE YOU with an indescribable intensity...

When WELL Watered...

Dearest Beloveds,

We are gathered here today to bring together into singularity... Joy and Pain...


We cannot exist without the couple...and when applied or used properly...we can potentially grow into Magnificent Human Beings...

We already are...but when we take in ALL that The Universal Power Source has to offer and utilize it for a Greater SELF...we gain and obtain...The BEST SELF.

The BEST Self...goes through life getting bruised and battered and worn
The BEST Self...experiences unbearable sorrow...extremely harsh conditions
The BEST Self...endures like it's made of titanium
The BEST Self...gives and gives and gives and gives...knowing the nothing in return truth
The BEST Self...purges itself through tears...be they silent or storm
The BEST Self...get's back up again
The BEST Self...gains and looses and regains and then is without...time and again
The BEST Self...although sometimes considered as "Half Empty" when in reality we are all at least..."Half Full"...if we are working with a half glass...then we are full!!
The BEST Self...over long spans of time is able to acquire wisdom and courage and strength due to being enrolled in the schools of ignorance and fear and weakness

But The BEST Self...

Is operative by and for The Universal Power Source to provide out of the muddiest  situations...the most beautiful flower...known as our existence

We are SO mighty...we cannot come into ourselves all at once!
We are SO powerful...we've gotta ease into our greatness...so we won't wake the neighbors!!!
We are SO the singular Big Bang Theory...coming from a void into a miraculous "thing" to be in contention with.


We are SO...WELL WATERED...

Our lives are fertilized with trial after trial...then...watered with wonder and beauty and abundance...

We could stand the chance of dying of drought...thirst...yet The Universal Power Source sends the sweet mists of common sense and in depth rationale...we come to our senses on our own...drinking knowledge and understanding...self introspection...reflection...

I inhale my present and exhale the past
I ingest the future residing in my present focus and detox the drama and small stuff
I break chains and build bridges
I set my inner captive free and then go back for my neighbor

Because we're Saturated in The Universe's water

We bask in the weightlessness of letting go after fear of drowning in worry

A Wise Man stated "Stay green and you'll grow".

I humbly add..."Stay WATERED...SATURATED...so you'll stay green and continuously grow".


Thank you Universal Power for the exercise of LOVE and LIGHT...even in the pitch of night.

The IMPACT of Imagery

We become...and are often...what we see...


I don't know what that means to you when you first hear it. I am not for certain that there was any reaction at all.


What I do know...is...when I look at myself in the mirror...I paint myself 1 million different ways based on what I see with my eyes...but the question really should be...can I see properly?


Can I SEE my SELF so clearly that I can even have an opinion about it?
Can I recognize my SELF whether I have a reflection or not?
Can I SEE my SELF just as well from my shadow as I do in my mirror?


Truth is Dear Ones..
We don't need an image to paint a picture...
We don't need an stencil to color ourselves into completion...


Our vision of our SELF must be from the heart of our individuality. We must accept ourselves as we are...and not brand ourselves an unrecognizable replication...


When I "BEAT" my face...it's cuz I wanted to add a little "Dazzle" to my appearance...NOT to mask the true piece of art that IS Lyphe.


When I put my "Stilettos" on...it's to compliment my outfit... NOT to be seen any easier (I'm too short anyway!!!)


When I "Dress to the 9s"...it's because the outfit and I as a duo are FLAWLESS!!!...NOT to resemble anything/anyone I may have seen in a magazine...


I Impact my own Imagery.
I am in charge of the lens, the shot, the print, the display...


My SELF Image will NOT be sucked into a false reality Vanity Vortex...
I do SELF because I LOVE SELF...therefore I SEE SELF properly...I become my reflective perfection...

Glory is defined by Merriam-Webster as: public praise, honor and fame; something that brings praise or fame to someone or something: something that is a source of great pride.


My Sisters and Brothers...


Do you know that you are hinged on a universal tight rope called GLORY?


You are such a majestic representation of The Universal Power Source...your entire being exudes...The Universal GLORY.


We as individuals...then as a collective unit...embody characteristics of beauty and bounty and strength and power...combined into a living...breathing...GLORY.


The Universe marvels at our GLORY...at what creation did...what creation does...what creation is capable of in the hereafter


We are individual phenomena of eternity...
We are irreplaceable...
We are uniquely fashioned...
We are a singular bodied duality of divinity (both flesh and spirit)...
We are praised in the atmosphere...
We are honored on the winds of time...
We are a source of great pride to The Universal Life Force...


You are a majestic GLORY

How GREAT is the faithfulness of our Universal Power Source
How GREAT is the gift of today
How GREAT is the strength restored at every tomorrow
How GREAT is the existence of my consciousness
How GREAT is the wonder of my SELF

How GREAT are the healed scars of my life's battle
How GREAT is my dance in every storm
How GREAT is the atmospheric energy to find use in me
How GREAT is my impact of the world
How GREAT is the design of my lips...my hips...my shoulders...my back 
How GREAT are the colors that define my ISness

The Emotional Upheaval

Great Day Dear Ones,


Let's get some *Honest Zone* truths out on the table.


Okay...
*Honest Zone*...
I personally have wasted an immeasurable amount of time caught up in my "feelings"...resulting in a constant state of "Emotional Upheaval"...that I could have...should have...easily resolved long ago.


My brand of caring for...catering to...opening myself up...being "there"...has at times raped me of my SELF...my worth...my worthy...my tremendous value...my true nature at its best...


Why? because I got lost in the "feelings" and was void the "reality".


I was taught that my mind cannot feel...and my heart cannot think...yet I'd been using both incorrectly!!!


I used my heart to make sense of my mind's solid YES or NO.
I used my head to rationalize why the "feeling" was necessary rather than speaking to my heart from the intellectual realm of mind...reminding the heart that the "feeling" would pass.
Ensuing a chain reaction of the wrong thoughts and feelings at the wrong time...not benefitting myself or my fellowman.



Emotional is defined by Merriam-Webster as: likely to show or express emotion: easily upset, excited, etc.
Upheaval is defined by Miriam-Webster as: a major change or period of change that causes a lot of conflict, confusion, anger, etc.


When we decide to make positive lifestyle changes whether they are...mental...spiritual...physical...things tend to get sticky!!!


When we are caught dead center of head and heart...we often are not in a clear enough space to rationally receive the situation, review the situation, revamp the situation...in turn releasing us of the Emotional Upheaval.


We have got to learn through our boundaries, our SELF value, our life experience wisdom...what to jump for and what needs to jump without us.


We do not have to give into every emotion that we are confronted with. This is when a really stiff reality check from within can make the difference.


"Let's take a minute to process."
"Things will work out...I've just got to calmly receive ALL of the information before I decide what to do next."
"I will not allow my stress level to take my situation out of emotional context."
"I need to reset and apologize for taking my frustration out on the children...it wasn't their fault, and the problem wasn't as difficult as I made it."
"I'm taking a moment for deep breathing...I have a challenge to face today."


WE CHOOSE what affects us.
WE CHOOSE when we allow our Emotional Upheavals to reek havoc on our lives.
WE CHOOSE how to conduct emotional business...YES...YOU CHOOSE to be an emotional wreck or an emotional conqueror.


There are so many bliss filled opportunities to take in...
There are so many great things "The Universal Energy Force" provides us with daily.


We can sit in a stew of emotions that will come in like a flood and flee like a thief in the night...Or we can cognitively rationalize what our "feelings"/"emotions" are and give them ONLY the attention REQUIRED to carry on...


That does not mean suppress
That does not mean mask
That does not mean deny


Control over our Emotional Upheaval just means MIND over MATTER...
What we don't "Mind" with our intense emotions...won't "Matter" within the realm of reality or the rational thinking inside the REAL moments and how we live each second to the fullest.


Take the Emotional shackles off of your Intellect so that you can DANCE...
No matter the tempo...it's all a dance...your life is waiting for you to partner with your SELF and live the rhythm of your life's dance.

I LIKE Me

You know what I realized Dear Ones,

Throughout my long...yet short time in this realm of existence...I've come to clearly understand...
I never really knew Lyphe for who she really...REALLY...Is.

I mean...throughout my Lyphetime, I've taken such a hard hit from myself...trying to become the "Other Lyphe"...

Who is the "Other"?...She is the false advertisement of the TRUE Lyphe...

She is the EVERYTHING but who she was destined...born...to be...


Let's dig a little...


The "Other Lyphe"...saw her beauty as a decision factor...dictating who she'd see in the mirror based on the opinion, the suggestion, the hint, the "If I were You(ers)"...

So she relaxed and bound her long locs so others wouldn't feel "Less Than" because her hair was a crown of thick, dark, shimmering tresses.
She walked around everywhere sucking in her belly because she wasn't able to accept her full, bold, strong physique as beautiful in a world where "Thin is In"...causing an even deeper conflict as the world looked more like me anyway.
She held the compliment as the ruler of personal acceptance.
She has always done...This...instead of...THAT
She has always conducted her personal Lyphe business within the "What if They" bubble.
She has always kept blinders on the Real LYPHE that lived and breathed and had movement.

Lyphe had been overthrown by "Other"...and the sad thing is...she was aware of how detatched from her real SELF she actually was. 

Then after a very long time...everything shifted in a very short time.

In the midst of those silent moments of meditation and reflection...I saw my Lyphe standing in the threshold of my being and decided to break the walls down!!!

When  the REAL Lyphe took over...she forced me to SEE me...to LOOK at me...
What were the things in my Lyphe that I wanted to see...experience...keep...discard...alter...totally void the existence of...
To live and thrive according to MY standard for SELF and the only stakeholders at the "Table of Lyphe" were Me...Myself and I.
As a much more efficient and effective unit of singularity...I started changing all those things around.

The Real Lyphe...cut all the chemical poison out of my hair and grew HER beautiful hair...
natural, healthy, restored...WILD FRO when it air dries...LONG, flowing and straight with a little heat application!!...OUT LOUD...FIERCE...My Lyphe CROWN

The Real Lyphe...gained enough weight to be three individuals...lost enough weight to become irrecongnzable...so now I make the changes I want to my health program...what works for me and whether it be 50 over or 25 under...I'm HERE...

The Real Lyphe...gives her SELF all the effective compliments...no one can honor and cherish me like SELF.

The Real Lyphe...does a little "THIS"...and much much more "THAT"...dating and courting the things I enjoy...the things that give me joy and peace and inner satisfaction...when I want to write - I write...when I want to sing -  I sing...when I want to meditate - I do...

The Real Lyphe...doesn't even share what I'm doing with others anymore. Not sharing gives no room for me to alter my program based on the conversation...I take my own advise...I trust my decisions...and I move forward.

If we really wait for another individual to make our lives better...we'll ALWAYS be less that the REAL Us.

The Real Lyphe...RESTORED her SELF back to The Universal Power Sources' version of her "In the Beginning Lyphe"...and it is good...

I LIKE Me...the SHE that's always been...the SELF that is intertwined with and tapped into the Universal Power Source.

The Irreplaceable Lyphe Force is in full effect!!!!

LOVE Your SELF most...anything...everything else can wait!

The Manifest...

Belovedz,

One of the "Blessed Curses" of being a writer...is "Tha Block"!!!

I've taken a vow to myself and to you...that I will not submit what is not authentically REAL to me.

I will not bore you with any randomness...so when I'm on "Tha BLOCK"...I wait for intervention of the Divine.

So although it's been awhile...We're Back!!!

MANIFEST is defined by Merriam-Webster as: able to be seen: clearly shown or visible; easy to understand or recognize.

Have you ever been moving and shaking within your life's work and purpose and suddenly things begin to MANIFEST?

Whether it's during a time of greatness or during a temporary period of painful learning...

Things begin to show up based on what you've voiced to The Universal Power...things begin to take different forms and shapes and sizes and value...

The MANIFEST is a Splendid BEAST!!!

When the MANIFEST of your dream...your plan...your hard work...your passion begin to grow in such a way you cannot help but see it...feel it...

It can be so MUCH that it overwhelms us.

I have a Sister Friend...

She went on to complete her "higher" education and received (in a quite timely manner) a degree in her field of study...

But it wasn't what she really wanted to pursue.

She LOVED something else. More important than her love for "something else"...She had a VISION of how her love for this "something" could...would...MANIFEST if she put herself into her love for this "something"

Dear Ones...It Worked...

She stepped out into the unknown realm of life...believing...not knowing...what was going to BECOME...she spoke of it to The Universal Power...she researched it...then studied it...then became familiar with the portion of the art form she really wanted to take part in...then SHE DID IT...

SHE MANIFESTED EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTED.

A BUSINESS Woman doing what she LOVES...not what she graduated with a degree to "do".

I'm sure someone is reading this like...Sista Lyphe...Whaaaaat?!?!?!...this "Manifest" is not real...

At this moment I'd then say...Oh YES It Is!!!!...

I was a poet from a deep yet silent place...no one really knew it but me...because I didn't believe in this AWESOME talent enough to share it...

But someone else BELIEVED in what my individual power was able to MANIFEST...

I wrote a little bit here and a little bit there...keeping it hidden in plain sight...

This "someone else' exposed me to myself FIRST...THEN challenged to walk with me as we exposed this AWESOME talent to the world.

The first step was to just write!!!...the next step was the challenge of submitting my work to a famous magazine as a poetry contest contestant...then the mailbox held a "CONGRATULATORY" letter from this famous magazine that my AWESOME talent WON!!!...the winning awarded my work a place in The International Library of Poetry...then exposure to publishing companies...then I began to write everywhere for everything...then the letters turned words formed HEAVY expression and became a body today known as "Lyphe in Words, Vol.1" by Lyphez Deity...

Although it took time...I MANIFESTed THAT!!!...I took hold of what I loved...I nurtured and cultivated it while I waited on The Universal Power Source to wave an answer back from itself that what I was putting out was GOOD and NEEDED and WORTHY of existence...as SO IT WAS...The single anthology turned into two (of which I'm currently within the gestational phases of waiting to give birth to)...turned into the Actual publishing of ...the Tangible...the "Mark of Lyphe" within the days of my Lyphe...my 'herSTORY" actualized.

We are POWER derived from POWER...all we need to is "TAP IN"...

When we "Tap In"..."Court our Talents"..."Take HOLD of our Dreams"...Speak Lyphe into our at one time thoughts...Act on them rather than sit on them...WE MANIFEST...

We create what is...with permission of The Universe to chase it...pursue it...DO IT...then share it...

It's all apart of our Lyphe Purpose...

So get up...get out...and MANIFEST whatever your heart and brilliant mind has to offer this often dry and desolate existence...

You have the POWER to Change the World...
