VENT for Proper Ventilation

Ventilate is defined by Merriam-Webster as:
to allow fresh air to enter and move through (a room, building, etc.)
to express or discuss (something) openly or publicly


Vent is defined by Merriam-Webster as:
to express (an emotion) usually in a loud or angry manner




Okay Belovedz...


IF you clog...stifle...cut off your airways...you will loose consciousness due to lack of oxygen.
Indefinitely.


IF we allow a build up of emotion...
IF we cover the passageways of communication...
IF we seal up the access points to honesty...
IF we suffocate our SELF with silence...(not just the non verbal kind...but the disadvantage of speaking too many words while the real ones are never uttered...)
IF we choke out the satisfaction of  Self Empowerment...


We will shrivel up and potentially die.


WE GOT TO VENT...Dear Ones...


YELL It...
SCREAM It...
CRY It...
LAUGH It...
PRAY It...
SING It...
DANCE It...
SHOUT It...
EXERCISE It...


However we get "It" out...however we get "IT" off of our mental/emotional platter...into The Universe for guidance or attention or freedom...


Whatever 'IT" is...However "IT" is...VENT for the Ventilation...


VENT so you can inhale positivity...VENT so you can move freely...
VENT so you can have room to assist others with their
"HEIR Conditioning"...(it's written correctly...)...YES...
our Universal Heir Conditioning...the process of living  through our storms into a better wisdom...a better patience...
a better giver/receiver of the Universal Gifts.


Heir Conditioning requires us to purge ourselves of past mistakes, poor judgment calls...undeserved pain...unnecessary weight...what was our fault...what was another's fault...to make room for our GREATNESS...


VENT...so you can breathe the clear and clean HEIR Conditioning that The Universe has for us...


VENT...so you are allowed to work the LOVE & Light Energy work assigned to your hands...no one can or will ever fulfill your purpose but YOU...


We hold on to and hoard the wrong things and it causes...build up...back up...blockage...barriers...suffocation...of our Universal Gifts...our Blessings...our Joys...our Happiness...our Peace.

The Impenetrable Boundary

Greetings Belovedz.


One of the biggest Gifts of the Universe throughout my healing process...right before and definitely after my nervous breakdown was therapy.


I learned so much about myself in a bit by bit fashion during these sessions over the years.


The beauty of therapy is...the work needed in and for my Lyphe..is mine to do.


Almost NEVER...has the therapist given me a resolution...


They are my coach...giving me the conditioning tools and road maps...but I had to get out there and run the race of my Lyphe.


My FAVORITE companion to this very second...is...The Boss...BOUNDARY...!!!


YES Hunnie!!!...BOUNDARIES...some need one...some need 10 THOUSAND!!!


It is...they are... a beautiful thing...the "Ooops...Don't Dump It Here" theory....or the exercise of "Teach People How to Treat You"...


Boundary is defined by Merriam-Webster as: unofficial rules about what should not be done: limits that define acceptable behavior.


BAYBE...Let the Boundary conditioning begin!!!


Boundaries are (as I was taught) necessary for your internal balance. Anyone/thing breeching your Boundary "threshold" is going to throw your internal balance off.

No one knows what your Boundaries are and won't unless you exercise and express them. PERIOD.
You cannot lash out about any thing/one who has absolutely NO IDEA of what your Boundaries are...K?!?!!!
You've got to first be clear as to what your Boundaries are...recognize the line you need to draw...DRAW IT...dedicate yourself to it...and teacher others about the Boundary we set.


Sis. Lyphe...this sounds a lil selfish...it's boarder line rude...
Beloved...you would be CORRECT!!!


In order for our best selves to be useful to The Universal Energy Force in a positive and magnificent way...you MUST be "Self Centered"...not from a rude nor vain standpoint...but from a Love & Light Self Preserving standpoint.


Self CENTERED or balanced...
what we will accept...what you won't accept...what you will ingest...what we won't ingest...what forces us out of character...what cannot force you out of character...what supports or sponsors our positive charge...what robs you of your positive charge





Example:
Two co-workers are having a disagreement, and each of your co-workers uses you as the sounding board for whatever the issue is instead of confronting each other...you must now decide whether to uncomfortably sit and listen even participate or draw that Impenetrable Boundary line and say..."Talk to the person you're in conflict with"...in other words..."Ooops...Don't Dump It Here."


When you are constantly driven by the thoughts, feelings, actions of others...you are subjecting your balance to someone else's imbalances...when you are uncomfortable with the energy within ANY situation you've got to dig the BOUNDARY trench...get "Self Centered"...

Today is the most beautiful day I've EVER seen...

If I'm supposed to be on my walk...I'm giving my ear to a loved one
If my ringer is off...I see it and answer anyway
If I'm supposed to be designing...I'm giving step by step instruction to boiling water
If my work day is OVER...I'll still be in the office when the sun sets
If I'm supposed to be on my way to a concert...I'm helping at the church house


All in All...I'm ALWAYS DOING TOO MUCH!!!


Then I get upset and impatient with the persons and things I've responded to instead of getting upset with my SELF for not adhering to our plans in the first place.




Plain and Simple...
We've GOT to take a moment and just STOP, because our Universal Work is strenuous.


Stop being the end all or be all to every thing
Stop being the one who MUST come running
Stop being the revolving door while evolving waits


We've got to pamper ourselves with the all of the effort we put into every thing else.


Make time for meditation
Make time for rejuvenation
Make time for relaxation
Make time for being in YOUR moment


Our lives being created for the use of The Universal Power Source...means we've got to treat our "clay temple" better than we do...we become ineffective if we're spent and dry and used and tired and weary...


STOP...smell the roses in YOUR garden...because for the rest of our lives we are charged with being TOO DAMN MUCH!!! (in a REAL good way)...




Go LOVE yourself...The Universe is waiting on your BEST SELF to arrive!

Affirmation of Healing

There are pieces of my SELF that are broken...
There are pieces of my Lyphe that I wish were different...
There are pieces of my Heart that have been shattered...
There are pieces of my Mind that have been tampered with...


But today...


Within the only seconds, minutes, hours I have left...
I ACCEPT my journey with Strength, Peace, Gratitude and LOVE.


That which has not killed me...
Has only made me Stronger.


That which has not devoured me...
Has only made me More.


More receptive
More accepting
More loving
More kind
More giving
More willing


My pain experiences have expanded my LOVE episodes...
Pain is NOT my enemy...but the necessary tool to overcome...


Because of the Lyphe processes considered to be "negative"...
I am a "positively" charged LOVE and Light Energy being.


I will use my Positively Energized LOVE and Light to impact the space around me...
I give myself and my experience as a living sacrifice to uphold my neighbor...from their darkness into a LOVE and Light energy place...


I will not get caught up in the darkness...
I will only use the darkness as a ladder to the LIGHT.


I am not a victim to my Lyphez pains...

Food for thought...a lion...does not conduct the business of ferocity based on information someone told the lion about itself...the lion's ferocity comes from the nature of the lions natural power...


We...no...I...and then we...
go about life as if I/we need someone/thing to remind me/us of everything...
My internal and external beauty
Our intelligence
My success
Our failures
My strengths
Our weaknesses...
My pitfalls...
Our triumphs...


We already know these things for the most part...the reality is we conduct our life business as if because no one brings certain things to our attention that we are unaware...instead of having an innate sense of SELF and livimg like we know our SELF.


Truth is Dear Ones...
We...you AND I...are the most POWERFUL beings in this universe...
The Universal Energy Force created you and I to be the "rulers" of the Earth's Atmosphere...


So what are we waiting for?...Why do we need confirmation of what already exists?... Why don't we just live the business of our POWER?


If we are of minds SO POWERFUL... that we can will into existence just by our thought(s)...?!?!?!?!!!!!!  WHAT?!?!?! ...now THAT is POWER
If we can declare it to the Universe without realizing or controlling it...and the Universal Energy Source manifests it......why don't we just walk in this magnificent and beautiful gift called POWER...?




POWER does not mean bully...lions by nature must hunt to survive...they aren't mean


POWER does not mean intimidate from a seat of negativity...lions do not exist in hostility...but there is an Alpha Power Cycle that must reset itself throughout time..


POWER does not mean oppression...lions set sight on a single target and take IT down...not the entire corral


POWER does not mean dictation...lions only take what is necessary for survival....they leave the rest of nature to itself.




If we ALL possess POWER...there is no need to have a big "I" and a little "U"...it means that collectively...when we walk confidently and gracefully in our individual POWER...we then enhance and embrace and nourish the inner POWER of our neighbor as well.


POWER is not a competition...it's a complimentary accessory...
My Power in direct contact with your Power creates a greater Power (if used properly)...an infectious Power...an infinite Power...


We are individual POWER Houses!!!
Don't wait to hear it with your ears from another...listen to it speaking from within and pick it up...PUT IT ON...


Adorned in Power WITH Grace you can achieve, obtain, establish anything your POWER has already set it's mind to...


Secret Truth...if we allow it...our POWER will drive us rather than we drive it.
